【摘要】：基于J2EE技術(shù)的佳文企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì) 隨著我國(guó)WTO腳步的深入,我國(guó)的國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)面臨的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益強(qiáng)烈。隨著外國(guó)企業(yè)的進(jìn)入帶來的先進(jìn)的管理理念以及其本身所具備的管理水平,企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展在中國(guó)是一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的威脅,它是生存在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中,企業(yè)可以有效地結(jié)合的優(yōu)勢(shì)信息,人員,時(shí)間應(yīng)該利用,因此,如何使企業(yè)及時(shí)掌握本企業(yè)人才的各種信息、第一時(shí)間處理好隨時(shí)變化的企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理問題,建立一套符合企業(yè)實(shí)際的企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)就顯得尤為重要。 基于這樣的情況,我國(guó)企業(yè)要通過何種方式來提升管理水平以及促進(jìn)企業(yè)的成本管理能力、會(huì)計(jì)的核算精確度等已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)面臨的重要問題。企業(yè)內(nèi)部的網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用對(duì)解決企業(yè)這一問題有著極其重要的作用,它是提高企業(yè)的信息傳遞效率、提高企業(yè)的工作效率、提高企業(yè)的管理水平的關(guān)鍵所在。 現(xiàn)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上有豐富的信息資源。但是很難進(jìn)行有效的利用,用戶需要一個(gè)對(duì)各種資源的有效獲取的渠道。隨著這個(gè)社會(huì)上科技的發(fā)展以及生活水平的提高以及各個(gè)國(guó)家之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,企業(yè)和企業(yè)之間以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部之間信息科研經(jīng)費(fèi)的日益投入以及推廣發(fā)展,促進(jìn)了企業(yè)發(fā)展和科技進(jìn)步的關(guān)鍵因素,企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息管理的科研方法和企業(yè)之間的信息理論與方法正逐漸向適合中國(guó)國(guó)情的企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息管理方法論,用來適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展,具有指導(dǎo)意義。與此同時(shí)歐美國(guó)家國(guó)際間互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,很容易的調(diào)用信息資源,為建立良好的企業(yè)信息資源共享提供保障。 通過學(xué)習(xí)自己能夠應(yīng)用MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式完成一個(gè)基于web的企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息管理系統(tǒng),通過這個(gè)系統(tǒng)我們可以對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息進(jìn)行添加、刪除、修改及分類等處理；并且通過不同級(jí)別用戶的分類,讓不同級(jí)別的用戶能夠通過檢索查看到自己權(quán)限內(nèi)所能看到的信息；并要讓系統(tǒng)界面更加美觀,系統(tǒng)實(shí)用性更強(qiáng),對(duì)“企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息管理系統(tǒng)”的研究和信息資源的開發(fā)和廣泛應(yīng)用,經(jīng)濟(jì)和企業(yè)提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,生產(chǎn)、管理、操作和決策水平可以繼續(xù)提高效率,分離可以表示,與現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系,企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)幫助企業(yè)和新產(chǎn)品,將有助于啟動(dòng)該服務(wù)通過公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng),這有助于你改變的方式在今天的全球商業(yè)環(huán)境中,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)公司,幫助更好的公司的資產(chǎn)重組業(yè)務(wù)流程,總是變化的外部環(huán)境,了解市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的脈搏繼續(xù)茁壯成長(zhǎng),使該公司能夠調(diào)整策略,想象這樣的一個(gè)系統(tǒng)。 人生的開始,最活躍的經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)力的元素不可替代的作用,但業(yè)務(wù)和管理系統(tǒng)中包含的信息的發(fā)明在1950年代末和有效處理的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用程序。 現(xiàn)在被稱為“信息管理系統(tǒng)”,通常指計(jì)算機(jī)作為管理工具,信息收集、存儲(chǔ)、檢索、組織和業(yè)務(wù)流程管理的應(yīng)用程序,“人機(jī)系統(tǒng)”產(chǎn)品在1970年代初,系統(tǒng)發(fā)送一個(gè)“后工業(yè)化經(jīng)濟(jì)”時(shí)代,企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)在開發(fā)的早期階段,一個(gè)“人-機(jī)系統(tǒng)”的功能簡(jiǎn)單、低效率、功能管理權(quán)限分配不均等特點(diǎn)。 本文主要介紹了一個(gè)基于瀏覽器/服務(wù)器(B/S)模式的某企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用JSP動(dòng)態(tài)頁(yè)面使用Servlet技術(shù)開發(fā),使用Oracle10g建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶管理、文章管理、權(quán)限管理、文章多級(jí)檢索等功能。本文就企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息管理系統(tǒng)的方案設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)特性設(shè)計(jì)、行為特性設(shè)計(jì)及其數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)和功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述,并重點(diǎn)介紹了權(quán)限管理、分頁(yè)功能、信息多級(jí)檢索功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)是為企業(yè)之間提供所需要的資料和信息等,定制后會(huì)將數(shù)據(jù)在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中預(yù)加載,企業(yè)工作人員可以隨時(shí)查看自己所需要的企業(yè)信息和已收集的信息,企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)可以大量節(jié)約人力資源和物質(zhì)資源,是企業(yè)的得力助手。
[Abstract]:Development and Design of Enterprise Information Management System Based on J2EE

With the deepening of our country ' s WTO , China ' s domestic enterprises face increasingly fierce market competition . With the advanced management concept brought by foreign enterprises and the level of management , the existence and development of enterprises are a serious threat in China .

The application of the network management system in the enterprise plays an important role in solving the problem of the enterprise . It is the key to improve the information transmission efficiency of the enterprise , improve the work efficiency of the enterprise and improve the management level of the enterprise .

There are abundant information resources on the Internet . But it is difficult to make effective use . Users need a channel for effective acquisition of various resources . With the development of science and technology in society and the increasing competition between various countries , the information theory and method between enterprises and enterprises as well as the information theory and method between enterprises are gradually being applied to the enterprise internal information management methodology which is suitable for China ' s national conditions .

We can use the MVC design pattern to finish a web - based enterprise internal information management system . Through this system , we can add , delete , modify and classify the internal information of the enterprise .

In order to make the system interface more attractive , the practicability of the system is stronger , the research and the application of information resources in the enterprise ' s internal information management system can continue to improve the efficiency , the separation can mean that the relationship between the enterprise and the modern enterprise management information system , the enterprise information management system help the enterprise and the new product , will help to start the operation of the service through the company , which will help you to change the external environment , understand the market and the competitive pulse continue to thrive and grow , so that the company can adjust the strategy and imagine such a system .

Now called " information management system " , usually refers to the application of computer as management tool , information collection , storage , retrieval , organization and business process management , " man - machine system " products in the early 1970 s , the system sent a post - industrial economy era , the enterprise management information system in the early stage of development , a " man - machine system " function simple , low efficiency , the function management permission unequal distribution .

This paper mainly introduces an enterprise internal information management system based on Browser / Server ( B / S ) mode . The system uses JSP dynamic page to use Servlet technology to develop , uses Oracle10g to establish database , realizes user management , article management , authority management , article multi - level search , etc . In this paper , the design , structure characteristic design , behavior characteristic design , database design and function module design of enterprise internal information management system are described in detail .
