黃岡長(zhǎng)江大橋工程項(xiàng)目管理創(chuàng)新與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:對(duì)一個(gè)已完成招投標(biāo)程序處于實(shí)施階段的項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō),其項(xiàng)目管理主要包括財(cái)務(wù)、物資、機(jī)械、安全、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、成本、合約、技術(shù)、信息和黨建幾大方面,其中進(jìn)度、成本、信息和黨建往往受政治、政策及環(huán)境影響。但對(duì)一個(gè)項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō),不管政治、政策及環(huán)境如何變化,其財(cái)務(wù)、物資、機(jī)械、合約、安全質(zhì)量、工程技術(shù)的管理本身可以不受影響而獨(dú)自形成固有的管理套路。本文結(jié)合黃岡長(zhǎng)江大橋工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)際,從如下九個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了闡述。 一、對(duì)黃岡長(zhǎng)江大橋工程項(xiàng)目及本文研究思路作了簡(jiǎn)要介紹。 二、介紹了黃岡長(zhǎng)江大橋工程項(xiàng)目的管理模式,在黃岡長(zhǎng)江大橋工程項(xiàng)目管理模式下其項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)、物資、機(jī)械、合約、安全質(zhì)量及工程技術(shù)相互關(guān)系。 三、財(cái)務(wù)管理主要突出了對(duì)資金及稅務(wù)的集中管控,體現(xiàn)了“現(xiàn)金為王”的原則,同時(shí)也介紹了如何開(kāi)展基礎(chǔ)會(huì)計(jì)行為的管理及如何從財(cái)務(wù)上防范經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 四、物資管理主要闡述了物資集中采購(gòu)、周轉(zhuǎn)、配送以及取得的效果。同時(shí),對(duì)綠色施工的節(jié)材管理及取得的效益作了重要介紹。 五、機(jī)械設(shè)備管理主要研究了機(jī)械設(shè)備的集中、使用安全和成本管理。 六、合約管理主要研究了如何開(kāi)展計(jì)劃、勞務(wù)和項(xiàng)目成本的管理。其勞務(wù)管控,尤其是農(nóng)民工的管理符合中國(guó)特色,更具現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 七、安全質(zhì)量管理突出了“預(yù)防為安、科技興安、認(rèn)真促安、落實(shí)保安、質(zhì)量護(hù)安”的指導(dǎo)思想,緊扣時(shí)代主題抓安全質(zhì)量。獨(dú)創(chuàng)了安全質(zhì)量“四法寶”(黨員先鋒工程、安全質(zhì)量督導(dǎo)隊(duì)、群眾安全監(jiān)督員、青年安全監(jiān)督崗)管理模式 八、工程技術(shù)管理重點(diǎn)突出了如何開(kāi)展科技創(chuàng)新及通過(guò)科技創(chuàng)新取得的成果。同時(shí),也研究了如何落實(shí)施組及如何開(kāi)展過(guò)程管控。 九、總結(jié)歸納出了黃岡長(zhǎng)江大橋工程項(xiàng)目在財(cái)務(wù)、物資、機(jī)械、合約、安全質(zhì)量、工程技術(shù)管理上取得的效果以及這些效果給我們的啟示。
[Abstract]:For a project that has completed the bidding process, its project management mainly includes financial, material, mechanical, safety, quality, progress, cost, contract, technology, information and Party building, in which progress, cost, information and Party construction are often affected by politics, policy and environment. This paper, based on the actual project in Yangtze River bridge, Huanggang, expounds from the following nine aspects.

Two, this paper introduces the management mode of Huanggang Yangtze River bridge project, and the relationship between project finance, material, machinery, contract, safety quality and engineering technology under the management mode of Huanggang Yangtze River bridge project.
Three, the financial management mainly highlights the centralized management and control of funds and taxes. It embodies the principle of "king of cash". At the same time, it also introduces how to carry out the management of the basic accounting behavior and how to prevent the management risk from the financial.
Four, material management mainly describes the centralized procurement, turnover, distribution and the effect obtained. At the same time, it gives an important introduction to the management of green construction and the benefits obtained.
Five, the management of machinery and equipment mainly focused on the concentration of mechanical equipment, the use of safety and cost management.
Six, the contract management mainly studies how to carry out the planning, labor and project cost management. Its management and control, especially the management of migrant workers in line with Chinese characteristics, is of more practical significance.
Seven, the safety quality management highlights the guiding ideology of "prevention for safety, science and technology Xingan, conscientiously promoting security, implementing security and quality protection", cling to the theme of the times to grasp the safety quality. The "four magic weapons" (Party vanguard project, safety quality supervision team, mass safety supervisor, youth safety supervision post) management model has been created.
Eight, engineering technology management focuses on how to carry out scientific and technological innovation and the achievements achieved through scientific and technological innovation. At the same time, it also studies how to implement the application group and how to carry out process control.
Nine, it summarizes and summarizes the effects of Huanggang Yangtze River bridge project on financial, material, machinery, contract, safety quality, engineering technology management and the implications of these effects.
