【摘要】：汽車制造業(yè)的零部件采購成本占到整個(gè)成本的60%以上,所以汽車制造業(yè)的零部件采購成本控制一直是汽車生產(chǎn)廠商的重中之重,汽車零部件采購成本控制一直是困擾很多整車企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的一塊心病。要解決好這個(gè)問題,不只要用傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)法,更要用到數(shù)據(jù)分析和大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用的手段。針對(duì)汽車制造業(yè)采購成本管理實(shí)施過程中可能遇到的問題,本文對(duì)采購成本管理進(jìn)行了深入、細(xì)致的探討和研究。首先,簡(jiǎn)單介紹本文的研究背景;在大量分析和研究國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車制造業(yè)采購成本管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了概述;提出了擬研究的問題和研究的意義。其次,介紹了一些和汽車制造業(yè)相關(guān)的成本因素的定義,包括:對(duì)零部件成本因素的構(gòu)成進(jìn)行了闡述,為后續(xù)相關(guān)研究奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三,對(duì)汽車制造業(yè)企業(yè)實(shí)施采購成本管理的過程中所遇到的關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別、分析,建立一個(gè)適于大部分采購成本管理尤其是汽車零部件成本的管理框架,運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行量化評(píng)價(jià),通過定性和定量相結(jié)合的分析方法進(jìn)行建模。最后結(jié)合汽車企業(yè)采購成本管理項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的實(shí)例,利用基于模糊層次分析的汽車制造業(yè)采購成本管理模型,對(duì)企業(yè)的成本關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動(dòng)因素進(jìn)行了全面綜合的分析和評(píng)估,闡述了汽車制造業(yè)的成本管理方法和具體措施。
[Abstract]:The cost of purchasing parts and components in the automobile manufacturing industry accounts for more than 60% of the total cost, so the cost control of the parts and components in the automobile manufacturing industry has always been the top priority of the automobile manufacturers. The cost control of auto parts purchase has been a problem for many automobile enterprises. To solve this problem, we should not only use the traditional method, but also use data analysis and big data's application. In view of the problems that may be encountered in the implementation of purchasing cost management in automobile manufacturing industry, this paper makes a thorough and detailed discussion and study on procurement cost management. Firstly, the research background of this paper is briefly introduced; on the basis of a large number of analysis and study of the relevant literature at home and abroad, the current situation of procurement cost management in the domestic and foreign automotive manufacturing industry is summarized; the problems to be studied and the significance of the research are put forward. Secondly, the definition of some cost factors related to automobile manufacturing industry is introduced, including: the composition of component cost factors is expounded, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for further research. Thirdly, the key factors encountered in the process of purchasing cost management in automobile manufacturing enterprises are identified and analyzed, and a management framework suitable for most purchasing cost management, especially the cost of automobile parts, is established. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to quantitatively evaluate the key factors, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is used to model the model. Finally, combined with the example of purchasing cost management project of automobile enterprise, the key driving factors of enterprise cost are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by using the model of purchasing cost management based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. This paper expounds the cost management method and concrete measures of automobile manufacturing industry.
