電力設(shè)計(jì)院工程項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:市場(chǎng)逐漸開放的今天,傳統(tǒng)電力設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)多元發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)呈現(xiàn),一部分大中型設(shè)計(jì)院已經(jīng)把工程公司設(shè)定為自己的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展愿景,工程總承包業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)逐漸成為企業(yè)重要的業(yè)務(wù)模式,并保持著較高的增長(zhǎng)率,目前工程總承包業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)成為大部分工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)型企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)支柱與核心。為適應(yīng)目標(biāo)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)而建設(shè)一套面向企業(yè)各級(jí)人員的多項(xiàng)目多角色工程項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)在滿足企業(yè)基本業(yè)務(wù)需求的同時(shí)覆蓋項(xiàng)目管理九大知識(shí)領(lǐng)域,范圍管理、時(shí)間管理、成本管理、質(zhì)量管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、人力資源管理、溝通管理、采購(gòu)管理及系統(tǒng)管理;重點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)出項(xiàng)目全生命周期內(nèi)的五大過(guò)程:啟動(dòng)過(guò)程、計(jì)劃過(guò)程、實(shí)施過(guò)程、執(zhí)行過(guò)程、收尾過(guò)程。規(guī)范企業(yè)項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)作流程,將各項(xiàng)工作成果和業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的反映給各級(jí)管理人員;通過(guò)系統(tǒng)信息的積累,提煉出企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)庫(kù)。通過(guò)對(duì)目標(biāo)企業(yè)各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)需求的梳理和分析,設(shè)計(jì)出滿足用戶需求的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)象模型,確定系統(tǒng)的主體架構(gòu);通過(guò)對(duì)軟件領(lǐng)域經(jīng)典理論和前沿技術(shù)的學(xué)習(xí)和研究,確保系統(tǒng)在安全、效率、用戶體驗(yàn)等方面不但要獲得用戶認(rèn)可,而且要在同類型軟件中處于領(lǐng)先水平,其中服務(wù)器分布式部署、全文檢索、頁(yè)面懶加載等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)都在本次研究中得到了應(yīng)用。在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過(guò)程中,研究小組采用MVC編程模式,將業(yè)務(wù)邏輯、數(shù)據(jù)和前段界面這三部分工作進(jìn)行分工,極大的提升了研發(fā)效率,為系統(tǒng)調(diào)試與整體測(cè)試爭(zhēng)取到充分的時(shí)間,在經(jīng)過(guò)專業(yè)測(cè)試人員與用戶試用體驗(yàn)之后,目標(biāo)企業(yè)的工程項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)正式上線。目前,各級(jí)管理人員可以使用不同的業(yè)務(wù)組件進(jìn)行事務(wù)辦理,各組件內(nèi)的業(yè)務(wù)操作既可以互相獨(dú)立,又可以通過(guò)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃相互關(guān)聯(lián)。實(shí)現(xiàn)集中與分布式部署的雙重網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu),滿足企業(yè)總部到分支機(jī)構(gòu)兩層管理體系的需要。研究小組在本課題的過(guò)程中,對(duì)軟件工程專業(yè)范圍內(nèi)的各項(xiàng)知識(shí)和技能有了進(jìn)一步的加強(qiáng)和提升,在獲取大量信息的同時(shí),也對(duì)當(dāng)下軟件行業(yè)的發(fā)展和趨勢(shì)有了全新的認(rèn)識(shí)和體會(huì)。
[Abstract]:With the gradual opening of the market today, the trend of diversified development of traditional electric power design enterprises has emerged. Some large and medium-sized design institutes have set engineering companies as their own strategic development vision. Engineering general contracting business has gradually become an important business model of enterprises and maintains a high growth rate. At present, engineering general contracting business has become the business pillar and core of most industrial design enterprises. In order to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the target enterprises, a multi-project and multi-role project management information system for enterprise personnel at all levels is built. The system covers nine knowledge areas of project management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, risk management, human resource management, communication management, procurement management and system management. The five main processes in the whole life cycle of the project are the start-up process, the planning process, the implementation process, the execution process and the closing process. Standardizing the operation flow of the enterprise project, reflecting all the work results and business indexes to the managers at all levels in time and accurately, and abstracting the experience base of the enterprise project management through the accumulation of systematic information. Through combing and analyzing the business requirements of the target enterprise, the database structure and business object model are designed to meet the needs of the users, and the main structure of the system is determined, and through the study and research of the classical theory and the frontier technology in the software field, To ensure that the system in aspects of security, efficiency, user experience and other aspects not only to obtain user approval, but also in the same type of software in the leading level, including distributed deployment of servers, full-text retrieval, Page lazy loading and other key technologies have been applied in this study. In the process of system development, the research group adopts MVC programming mode to divide the work of business logic, data and front interface, which greatly improves the efficiency of research and development, and gains sufficient time for system debugging and overall testing. After the trial experience of professional testers and users, the engineering project management information system of the target enterprise has been put on line. At present, managers at all levels can use different business components for transaction processing, each component of the business operations can be independent of each other, but also through the project plan related to each other. The dual network architecture of centralized and distributed deployment is implemented to meet the needs of the two-tier management system from headquarter to branch. In the course of this project, the research team has further strengthened and upgraded the various knowledge and skills in the software engineering profession, while obtaining a large amount of information at the same time, Also to the present software industry development and the trend has the brand-new understanding and the experience.
