【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著石油、化學(xué)和能源工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,化學(xué)品的品種、產(chǎn)量和用量大量增加。作為基礎(chǔ)化工原料的危險(xiǎn)品的流通量越來(lái)越大,市場(chǎng)對(duì)危險(xiǎn)品物流的需求量也越來(lái)越大,流通范圍越來(lái)越廣。危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品在其生產(chǎn)、儲(chǔ)存、運(yùn)輸、使用和廢棄等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中具有易燃、易爆、有毒、腐蝕等危險(xiǎn)特性,極易隨著人為因素和環(huán)境影響引起燃燒、爆炸、灼傷、中毒等惡性事故,造成人員傷亡,財(cái)產(chǎn)損失并嚴(yán)重污染環(huán)境。 本文首先對(duì)危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品特征、物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)方法和影響因素等進(jìn)行了綜述。充分考慮了危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品的特點(diǎn)及其對(duì)物流的影響,闡述了平衡計(jì)分卡的基本框架,對(duì)影響危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)物流績(jī)效的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析；并通過(guò)對(duì)瞞報(bào)空運(yùn)品名致馬航毀損飛機(jī)事件的分析,闡明物流安全成本對(duì)于危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的重要性,對(duì)危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行分析,提出改進(jìn)措施。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)ZW公司物流管理和績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的案例分析,實(shí)踐以平衡計(jì)分卡為框架,通過(guò)供應(yīng)鏈管理、內(nèi)部物流成本管理、外部顧客滿意度等方面的關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)(KPI)對(duì)企業(yè)物流績(jī)效進(jìn)行衡量,在實(shí)踐中檢驗(yàn)上述相關(guān)理論和方法,以期總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),得到一些規(guī)律性的結(jié)論,為同類型企業(yè)應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of petroleum, chemical and energy industries, the variety, production and consumption of chemicals have increased greatly. As the basic chemical raw material, the circulation of dangerous goods is more and more large, and the market demand for dangerous goods logistics is more and more large, and the circulation range is more and more extensive. Hazardous chemicals have flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive and other dangerous characteristics in their production, storage, transportation, use and waste, and are extremely vulnerable to combustion, explosion and burns as a result of human factors and environmental impacts. Poisoning and other malignant accidents, resulting in casualties, property losses and serious pollution of the environment. In this paper, the characteristics of hazardous chemicals, logistics performance evaluation methods and influencing factors are reviewed. The characteristics of hazardous chemicals and their impact on logistics are considered, the basic framework of balanced scorecard is expounded, and the current situation affecting the logistics performance of enterprises producing dangerous chemicals is analyzed. The importance of logistics safety cost to dangerous chemical production enterprises and the implementation effect of logistics performance evaluation of dangerous chemical production enterprises are analyzed through the analysis of the events of underreporting the damage to Malaysia Airlines' aircraft caused by the name of air transportation products, and the analysis of the importance of logistics safety costs to the enterprises of dangerous chemicals production. Put forward improvement measures. Through the case analysis of logistics management and performance evaluation of ZW Company, this paper takes balanced Scorecard as the framework, through supply chain management, internal logistics cost management, The key performance index of external customer satisfaction (KPI) is to measure the logistics performance of enterprises, and to test the above theories and methods in practice, in order to sum up the experience and get some regular conclusions, and provide reference for the application of the same type of enterprises.
