【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)興建起了數(shù)據(jù)中心。這些數(shù)據(jù)中心僅面向企業(yè)內(nèi)部提供免費(fèi)的信息技術(shù)服務(wù)。由于缺乏有效的成本和計(jì)費(fèi)管理,數(shù)據(jù)中心面臨著嚴(yán)苛的費(fèi)用預(yù)算以及不斷提升的服務(wù)需求這雙重壓力。本文通過對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)中心服務(wù)內(nèi)容、服務(wù)方式、服務(wù)過程和服務(wù)成本的深入分析和研究,基于ITIL(信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)庫(kù))理論設(shè)計(jì)了適合此類數(shù)據(jù)中心服務(wù)模式的服務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)。結(jié)合ITIL中對(duì)于IT服務(wù)財(cái)務(wù)管理的最佳實(shí)踐要求和成本計(jì)費(fèi)參考模型,以及數(shù)據(jù)中心管理層對(duì)于費(fèi)用收支方面的決策信息需求,從業(yè)務(wù)需求、用戶需求、性能需求和安全需求等多個(gè)方面定義了計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的總體需求,并基于需求,從物理層面及邏輯層面設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的總體體系結(jié)構(gòu)、功能結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)以及關(guān)聯(lián)系統(tǒng)接口。在總體架構(gòu)及計(jì)費(fèi)流程明確的情況下,從系統(tǒng)的軟件結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu)以及接口結(jié)構(gòu)等方面進(jìn)一步闡述了系統(tǒng)五大關(guān)鍵功能模塊----服務(wù)目錄管理、服務(wù)級(jí)別協(xié)議管理、服務(wù)成本管理、服務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)管理及報(bào)表模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。系統(tǒng)上線之前,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了單元測(cè)試、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試、集成測(cè)試和壓力測(cè)試,確保實(shí)現(xiàn)了在需求階段定義的各項(xiàng)功能及非功能需求。服務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的成功實(shí)施,很大程度上解決了數(shù)據(jù)中心在成本收支和資源配置上存在的問題,為數(shù)據(jù)中心服務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)模式提供了一種新的思路和方法,從而推動(dòng)了企業(yè)自有數(shù)據(jù)中心從成本中心逐漸轉(zhuǎn)型為利潤(rùn)中心。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, more and more enterprises have built data centers.These data centers only provide free information technology services within the enterprise.Due to the lack of effective cost and billing management, the data center is under the double pressure of strict cost budget and increasing service demand.Based on the analysis and research of the service content, service mode, service process and service cost of the data center, this paper designs a service billing system based on ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).Combined with the best practice requirements for IT service financial management in ITIL and the cost accounting reference model, as well as the decision information requirements of data center management on expense income and expenditure, from the business requirements, user needs,The overall requirements of the billing system are defined in terms of performance requirements and security requirements. Based on the requirements, the overall architecture, function structure, data structure and associated system interface are designed from the physical level and the logical level.In the case of clear overall structure and accounting process, this paper further expounds five key function modules of the system from the aspects of system software structure, database table structure and interface structure, which are service directory management, service level agreement management, etc.Service cost management, service billing management and report module implementation.Before the system goes online, the unit test, system test, integration test and stress test are carried out to ensure the realization of the functions and non-functional requirements defined in the requirement phase.The successful implementation of the service billing system solves to a large extent the problems existing in the cost revenue and expenditure and resource allocation of the data center, and provides a new way of thinking and method for the data center service billing mode.As a result, the enterprise's own data center is gradually transformed from cost center to profit center.
