【摘要】：隨著21世紀(jì)計(jì)算機(jī)科技的飛速發(fā)展,也促使其他學(xué)科領(lǐng)域和計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)也得到了前所未有的發(fā)展。項(xiàng)目管理學(xué)也從管理中分離出來,成為一門專業(yè)的學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,并在近幾年的發(fā)展中,形成了比較完整的理論和方法。從項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)定義來看,項(xiàng)目管理是為一款新的產(chǎn)品而進(jìn)行的臨時(shí)管理工作。項(xiàng)目管理主要是將現(xiàn)有的理論、方法與技術(shù)在產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用,以促使項(xiàng)目順利的完成。由于項(xiàng)目的差異性,項(xiàng)目管理在不同項(xiàng)目中的行為存在著很大的差異性。但是在不同項(xiàng)目管理中要存在很多的共同點(diǎn)。在對各種項(xiàng)目管理中不同應(yīng)用方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)與改進(jìn),逐步形成了一套比較完整的項(xiàng)目管理知識與理論。無論在企業(yè)中,還是在個(gè)人生活中,通過對項(xiàng)目管理學(xué)的使用和學(xué)習(xí),可以使用方法和更低的時(shí)間管理成本去完成各種項(xiàng)目的管理工作。本文的研究重點(diǎn)是項(xiàng)目管理在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中的使用,并根據(jù)具體使用情況改善本文的項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容包括項(xiàng)目管理中的許多方面,其中主要包括項(xiàng)目中基本信息管理,合同管理以及施工過程管理等。項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)中的基礎(chǔ)信息管理主要是維護(hù)和管理項(xiàng)目類型,框架通信協(xié)議類型、外協(xié)類型、費(fèi)用類型和文檔類型管理等。這些信息包含了項(xiàng)目中的一般類型。項(xiàng)目管理模塊主要是主體工程和單項(xiàng)工程兩種信息的審批和管理,所有主體工程和單項(xiàng)工程的申請和審批都通過這個(gè)模型進(jìn)行。合同管理模塊主要是維護(hù)施工合同和外協(xié)合同的信息。施工過程管理主要是針對工程的決策,工程周報(bào)管理主要進(jìn)行流程管理。企業(yè)通過對項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的使用,可以很方便的去管理企業(yè)的各種項(xiàng)目問題,這樣可以使企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理上大大的提高管理效率,而且也減少了企業(yè)在管理上的疏漏,大大提高了企業(yè)的國際競爭力。本系統(tǒng)主要由6個(gè)模塊組成:基礎(chǔ)信息管理模塊、合同管理模塊、施工管理模塊、外協(xié)管理模塊、借款管理模塊、成本管理模塊。其中合同管理模塊由施工合同錄入模塊、施工合同審批模塊、施工合同查詢模塊、外協(xié)合同錄入模塊、外協(xié)合同審批模塊、外協(xié)合同查詢模塊等模塊;施工過程管理主要包括新建計(jì)劃任務(wù)書、計(jì)劃任務(wù)書審批、計(jì)劃任務(wù)書查詢、工程決算、工程決算審批、工程決算查詢、工程周報(bào)、工程周報(bào)審批、工程文檔查詢等內(nèi)容;外協(xié)管理模塊主要有新建外協(xié)計(jì)劃、外協(xié)結(jié)算管理、外協(xié)計(jì)劃查詢、外協(xié)結(jié)算登記、外協(xié)結(jié)算審批和外協(xié)計(jì)算記錄等模塊,外協(xié)管理是公司項(xiàng)目管理中一個(gè)比較重要的模塊;借款管理主要包括借款和還款兩個(gè)大的模塊。借款管理主要是由于企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目臨時(shí)在資金上有寫緊張,需要向總公司或者銀行提出借款需求來保證項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer science and technology in the 21st century, other disciplines and computer science and technology have also been unprecedented development.Project management is also separated from management, and has become a professional subject field. In recent years, more complete theory and method have been formed in the development of project management.From the definition of project management system, project management is temporary management for a new product.Project management is mainly to apply existing theories, methods and techniques in product projects to facilitate the smooth completion of the project.Because of the difference of project, the behavior of project management in different projects is very different.However, there are many common points in different project management.This paper summarizes and improves the different application methods of project management, and gradually forms a set of relatively complete knowledge and theory of project management.Both in the enterprise and in the personal life, through the use and the study to the project management, can use the method and the lower time management cost to complete each kind of project management work.This paper focuses on the use of project management in the actual project, and improve the project management system according to the specific use.The main contents of this paper include many aspects of project management, including basic information management, contract management and construction process management.The basic information management in the project management system is to maintain and manage the project type, the framework communication protocol type, the cooperation-type, the expense type and the document type management and so on.This information contains the general types in the project.The project management module mainly includes the approval and management of two kinds of information of the main project and the single project. All the application and approval of the main project and the single project are carried out through this model.Contract management module is mainly to maintain the construction contract and contract contract information.The construction process management is mainly aimed at the project decision, and the engineering weekly report management mainly carries on the process management.Through the use of the project management system, enterprises can easily manage all kinds of project problems, which can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise project management, and also reduce the omissions in the management of enterprises.Greatly improve the international competitiveness of enterprises.The system consists of six modules: basic information management module, contract management module, construction management module, outsourcing management module, loan management module, cost management module.The contract management module consists of the construction contract input module, the construction contract approval module, the construction contract inquiry module, the outsourcing contract input module, the external contract approval module, the outsourcing contract inquiry module and so on.The management of construction process mainly includes the contents of the new plan document, the plan document examination and approval, the plan task book inquiry, the project final account, the project final account examination and approval, the project final account inquiry, the project weekly report, the project weekly report examination and approval, the project document inquiry and so on.There are several modules in the management module, such as the new contract plan, the settlement management, the inquiry, the registration, the examination and approval and the calculation record, etc. The external management is an important module in the project management of the company.Loan management mainly includes two big modules of loan and repayment.The loan management is mainly due to the shortage of funds in the project and the need to ask the head office or bank for the loan to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
