【摘要】：四川省蒲江縣獼猴桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展已經(jīng)形成多種模式,包括工商資本自建基地、龍頭企業(yè)帶家庭農(nóng)場的連鎖種植、公司聯(lián)合作社帶農(nóng)戶、合作社帶動(dòng)農(nóng)戶等模式。在投入與成本、管理水平與質(zhì)量控制、收益分配等方面各種模式各有所長。農(nóng)戶、企業(yè)、政府對促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展互有訴求。因此,要注重研究不同經(jīng)營主體協(xié)同發(fā)展,發(fā)揮工商資本進(jìn)入農(nóng)業(yè)的示范帶動(dòng)作用,防止工商資本與農(nóng)民爭利,在此過程中政府要重點(diǎn)做好指導(dǎo)和服務(wù),提供良好發(fā)展環(huán)境。
