【摘要】：采購管理在項目管理乃至整個企業(yè)管理中具有重要地位,運用當(dāng)下最先進(jìn)的知識、技能、工具、方法,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)政策法律法規(guī),對企業(yè)內(nèi)部涉及采購管理的各個方面,進(jìn)行有效的計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)和控制,以期實現(xiàn)預(yù)定的理想目標(biāo)。 論文對采購管理的基本概念和特點進(jìn)行了簡要的梳理,結(jié)合作者所在H公司的實例,簡要介紹了FPO訂單生產(chǎn)采購管理狀況,從采購計劃方面,采購成本方面,采購價格方面,采購質(zhì)量方面,采購人員方面以及供應(yīng)商方面找出存在問題,分析了舊有管理模式存在的弊端或不足,探索建立優(yōu)化原材料采購過程各環(huán)節(jié)的創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,使之適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代管理的需要,適應(yīng)企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的需要。 論文緊密結(jié)合實例,詳細(xì)論述了作者所在實體公司通過認(rèn)識采購管理的重要性,對采購計劃管理、采購成本管理,采購價格管理,采購質(zhì)量管理,采購人員績效管理以及供應(yīng)商管理等方面,通過制定KPI指標(biāo)等手段提高采購管理人員的素質(zhì)、開發(fā)新的供應(yīng)商以降低對單一供應(yīng)商的依賴性、篩選評估現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商并對其進(jìn)行分類管理等方面,找出了公司涉及采購管理的不足之處以及解決相關(guān)問題的措施和對策,并對改善后的預(yù)期管理效果進(jìn)行了評估。
[Abstract]:Procurement management plays an important role in the project management and even the whole enterprise management. By using the most advanced knowledge, skills, tools, methods, and combining with the current economic policies and laws and regulations, the procurement management is involved in all aspects of procurement management within the enterprise. Plan, organize, coordinate and control effectively to achieve the desired goals. This paper briefly combs the basic concepts and characteristics of purchasing management, and introduces the status of FPO order production and purchasing management, from the aspects of purchasing plan, purchasing cost, purchasing price, combining with the author's example in H Company. In terms of purchasing quality, purchasing personnel and suppliers, this paper finds out the existing problems, analyzes the drawbacks or shortcomings of the old management model, and explores the establishment of innovative mechanisms for optimizing the various links in the raw material procurement process. To adapt to the needs of modern management, to meet the needs of the survival and development of enterprises. In this paper, the importance of purchasing management, purchasing cost management, purchasing price management and purchasing quality management are discussed in detail. In the aspects of purchasing personnel performance management and supplier management, the quality of purchasing managers is improved through the development of KPI indicators, and new suppliers are developed in order to reduce the dependence on a single supplier. This paper selects and evaluates the existing suppliers and classifies them, finds out the deficiencies of the company's procurement management and the measures and countermeasures to solve the related problems, and evaluates the effect of the improved expected management.
