【摘要】：項目管理理論是一門具有較強(qiáng)應(yīng)用性的學(xué)科。成本管理是項目管理中非常重要的內(nèi)容，作為有的放矢執(zhí)行計劃、控制成本的手段，已被人們廣泛應(yīng)用于各種建設(shè)項目及大型活動中。關(guān)于項目成本理論的研究一直貫穿于項目管理發(fā)展的全過程。 職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展，催生了實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的發(fā)展。中職實(shí)訓(xùn)基地項目的建立為學(xué)生接觸崗位、步入社會起到了不可低估的作用。以往相似的實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)項目存在著建設(shè)項目開支過大、計劃執(zhí)行受阻、監(jiān)督滯后、建設(shè)成本高等問題。這些問題的存在，嚴(yán)重影響實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)的效果，造成了財政資金的浪費(fèi)，所以，通過成本管理理論，對實(shí)訓(xùn)基地項目進(jìn)行研究，具有重要的意義。沈陽市服裝藝術(shù)學(xué)校是國家級重點(diǎn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校，提出在建設(shè)遼寧省示范�；A(chǔ)上打造國家級骨干專業(yè)的構(gòu)想，學(xué)校實(shí)訓(xùn)基地項目的建設(shè)，既是完成學(xué)校發(fā)展構(gòu)想的平臺又可以在一定程度上解決學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)培訓(xùn)和實(shí)習(xí)就業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)難題。 本文利用文案綜述法、實(shí)證分析法和定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法，運(yùn)用項目管理中成本管理的相關(guān)理論，結(jié)合沈陽市服裝藝術(shù)學(xué)校實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)項目中的實(shí)訓(xùn)基地項目資源計劃、成本估算、成本預(yù)算予以分析，采用掙值分析方法對項目在某一階段時的成本及項目的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行分析，進(jìn)而對實(shí)訓(xùn)基地項目做全過程成本控制的研究。本項目的實(shí)施過程中涉及很多設(shè)備的購置，也從成本管理的角度來分析了設(shè)備采購過程中的成本控制，結(jié)果實(shí)訓(xùn)基地項目比預(yù)算成本節(jié)約了3.73萬元，，并得以在保質(zhì)保量的基礎(chǔ)上工期提前順利完成。
[Abstract]:Project management theory is a subject with strong application. Cost management is a very important content in project management. It has been widely used in various construction projects and large-scale activities. The research on project cost theory has been running through the whole process of project management development. The development of vocational education gave birth to the development of practical training base. Entering the society has played an important role. In the past, similar training base construction projects have many problems, such as excessive expenditure on construction projects, obstructed implementation of plans, lagging supervision, high construction costs, and so on. It seriously affects the effect of the construction of the training base and causes the waste of financial funds. Therefore, through the theory of cost management, the project of the training base is studied. Shenyang Garment Art School is a national key secondary vocational school. This paper puts forward the idea of building a national backbone specialty on the basis of building a model school in Liaoning Province, and the construction of a practical training base project for the school. It is not only the platform to complete the idea of school development, but also to some extent solve the practical problem of student practice training and internship employment. This paper uses the method of case review, empirical analysis and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, and applies the related theories of cost management in project management. Combined with the resource planning, cost estimation and cost budget of the training base project of Shenyang Garment Art School, the earned value analysis method is used to analyze the cost and progress of the project at a certain stage. In the implementation of this project, a lot of equipment is purchased, and the cost control in the process of equipment purchase is analyzed from the point of view of cost management. Results the training base project saved 37300 yuan compared with the budget cost and was completed smoothly on the basis of quality and quantity.
