唐山電網(wǎng)設(shè)備可靠性分析及全壽命周期管理研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展,新型設(shè)備不斷出現(xiàn)與新的設(shè)備管理理念逐步應(yīng)用到實(shí)際管理工作中,積極探索新的技術(shù)方法與管理方法,降低設(shè)備在運(yùn)行周期內(nèi)的投資成本,提高運(yùn)行設(shè)備的可靠性,最大限度使電氣設(shè)備發(fā)揮其壽命周期內(nèi)的效能,成為電網(wǎng)建設(shè)與成本管理中的一個亟待探索的問題。目前,電力企業(yè)在電網(wǎng)建設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)初期的設(shè)備選型過程中,只注重對設(shè)備初期投入的控制,而往往忽視了設(shè)備投入運(yùn)行后各檢修階段、故障階段等環(huán)節(jié)資金的投入,同時電力企業(yè)并未有健全的電力設(shè)備可靠性分析和與之相對應(yīng)的設(shè)備成本分析,從而直接造成電器設(shè)備的資產(chǎn)全壽命周期成本過高,直接影響電力企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文從設(shè)備可靠性分析入手,分析了目前設(shè)備可靠性分析存在的不足,進(jìn)而從資產(chǎn)全壽命周期管理理念的視角出發(fā),提出了基于SEC指標(biāo)的全壽命周期管理在唐山電網(wǎng)中的應(yīng)用。 全壽命周期成本管理是一種全面、科學(xué)、先進(jìn)的管理理念和方法,其核心是對項(xiàng)目全壽命周期的各個階段進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌管理,在資產(chǎn)安全可靠運(yùn)行和滿足使用需求的條件下,使資產(chǎn)全壽命周期的整體成本最低。本文首先對設(shè)備可靠性理論進(jìn)行研究,確定電力設(shè)備可靠性模型,其次,對全壽命周期成本管理中安全、效能、成本指標(biāo)的模型、框架、特點(diǎn)、評估方法與取值原則等相關(guān)理論做了全面系統(tǒng)的介紹。在對電網(wǎng)設(shè)備周期成本管理現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究了全壽命周期成本管理在設(shè)備運(yùn)行各階段的具體應(yīng)用流程,通過引入變壓器設(shè)備實(shí)例,進(jìn)行了SEC指標(biāo)管理在實(shí)際設(shè)備運(yùn)行中各指標(biāo)值的對比分析,通過對比分析證明,全壽命周期管理在設(shè)備管理中具有很大的實(shí)用價值。最后,結(jié)合SEC指標(biāo)成本管理的特點(diǎn)和實(shí)施狀況,指出了開展全壽命周期成本管理的重點(diǎn)工作。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, new equipment and new equipment management concept are gradually applied to practical management, and new technical methods and management methods are actively explored to reduce the investment cost of equipment in the operation cycle. Improving the reliability of the operation equipment and maximizing the efficiency of the electrical equipment in its life cycle have become an urgent problem to be explored in power grid construction and cost management. In the process of equipment selection in the early stage of power network construction and design, the electric power enterprise only pays attention to the control of the initial input of the equipment, but often neglects the investment of the funds in various maintenance and failure stages after the equipment is put into operation. At the same time, the power enterprise does not have sound reliability analysis of power equipment and corresponding equipment cost analysis, which directly results in the high life cycle cost of the assets of electrical equipment. This paper begins with the analysis of equipment reliability, analyzes the shortcomings of equipment reliability analysis at present, and proceeds from the perspective of the concept of asset life cycle management. The application of life cycle management based on SEC index in Tangshan power grid is presented. The whole life cycle cost management is a comprehensive, scientific and advanced management concept and method. Its core is to manage all stages of the project life cycle as a whole, under the condition of the safe and reliable operation of the assets and the need to meet the use of the assets. In this paper, first of all, the reliability theory of equipment is studied, and then the reliability model of power equipment is determined. Secondly, the model and framework of safety, efficiency and cost index in life-cycle cost management are discussed. Based on the analysis of the current situation of power network equipment cycle cost management, this paper introduces the relevant theories, such as the evaluation method and the valuation principle, and makes a comprehensive and systematic introduction. In this paper, the application flow of life-cycle cost management in every stage of equipment operation is deeply studied. By introducing transformer equipment example, the comparison and analysis of each index value of SEC index management in actual equipment operation are carried out, and it is proved by comparison analysis. Life-cycle management is of great practical value in equipment management. Finally, combined with the characteristics and implementation status of SEC index cost management, the key work of developing life-cycle cost management is pointed out.
