【摘要】：為規(guī)范企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)行為,以知信行(KAP)理論和安全管理學(xué)相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建預(yù)期事故損失認(rèn)知、安全態(tài)度與企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)行為關(guān)系的理論模型,深入分析損失認(rèn)知、安全態(tài)度對(duì)企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)行為的影響機(jī)制;并通過33個(gè)題項(xiàng)867份有效問卷收集數(shù)據(jù),采用因子分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)驗(yàn)證以上理論模型。結(jié)果表明:預(yù)期事故損失、安全態(tài)度分別對(duì)企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)行為產(chǎn)生顯著的直接正向影響;預(yù)期事故損失與安全態(tài)度顯著正相關(guān);預(yù)期間接損失認(rèn)知與安全態(tài)度在對(duì)企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)行為作用過程中存在著顯著的正交互效應(yīng)。因此,通過提高企業(yè)決策者對(duì)預(yù)期事故損失的認(rèn)知水平和安全態(tài)度來規(guī)范企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)行為,是提升企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)績(jī)效的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:In order to standardize the safe production behavior of enterprises, based on the theory of KAP and the related theories of safety management, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship among the expected accident loss, safety attitude and enterprise safety production behavior, and analyzes the loss cognition deeply. The influence mechanism of safety attitude on enterprise safety production behavior, and the data collection through 867 valid questionnaires of 33 items, factor analysis and structural equation model (SEM) are used to verify the above theoretical model. The results show that: expected accident loss, Safety attitude has a significant direct positive impact on the safety behavior of enterprises, and the expected accident loss is significantly positively correlated with the safety attitude. There is significant positive interaction between perceived indirect loss and safety attitude in the process of enterprise safety behavior. It is an effective way to improve the performance of enterprise safety production by improving the cognition level and safety attitude of the decision maker to the expected accident loss to standardize the safe production behavior of the enterprise.
