【摘要】：成本管理是生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)賴以生存的經(jīng)濟命脈,是企業(yè)核心競爭的聚焦點,本文根據(jù)基層多年實踐中成本管理存在的問題與同行進行探討,提出成本管理的對策,以期提升成本管理水平,增加企業(yè)競爭的實力,為生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)成本管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:Cost management is the economic lifeline of production enterprises and the focal point of core competition of enterprises. This paper discusses the problems of cost management in grass-roots practice for many years and puts forward the countermeasures of cost management. In order to improve the level of cost management, increase the strength of enterprise competition, provide a reference for cost management of production enterprises.
