【摘要】：悠久的養(yǎng)蜂傳統(tǒng)及傳統(tǒng)蜂產品在我國養(yǎng)殖業(yè)歷史長河中積累并沉淀了深厚的經驗和優(yōu)勢,但隨著市場經濟的不斷發(fā)展、我國工業(yè)化信息化城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展、人民群眾日益追求健康安全的精神理念的變化,傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)蜂的方式和生產的蜂產品已不能滿足相應社會發(fā)展的需要。解決這一需要就必須以科學發(fā)展的態(tài)度、遵循自然發(fā)展規(guī)律來發(fā)展蜂產業(yè),既保證養(yǎng)蜂對保持自然界生態(tài)物種的多樣性、提高人們需求的農作物與經濟作物的產量、改善人類生存的自然環(huán)境,又要保證發(fā)展我國落后山區(qū)經濟、為社會提供優(yōu)質安全的蜂食品產品、不斷提高人民的健康生活水平,實現社會效益與經濟效益共同良性發(fā)展,保護大自然環(huán)境和提供從田園到餐桌的全過程全產業(yè)鏈蜂產品安全,將有著極其重要的現實意義和長遠意義。 蜂業(yè)商業(yè)計劃項目中的養(yǎng)蜂業(yè)屬于節(jié)能型環(huán)保型產業(yè)項目,能有效提高農作物與經濟作物產量,是我國農業(yè)現代化可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保證,是現代生態(tài)農業(yè)的重要組成部分,在國民經濟和社會發(fā)展過程中起著獨特的作用,是一項利國惠民的事業(yè)。蜂業(yè)商業(yè)計劃項目中的蜂產品加工是提升傳統(tǒng)粗放型加工模式,并向提升蜂產品深加工方式轉變,提高產品附加值,提供更優(yōu)質更豐富安全的蜂產品。目前廣東省地區(qū)經濟發(fā)展不平衡,在粵東北山區(qū)農村,經濟發(fā)展相對落后,但山區(qū)擁有著天然豐富的蜜源植物環(huán)境優(yōu)勢,植物花期長,當地農戶有著傳統(tǒng)的養(yǎng)蜂歷史,對發(fā)展蜂業(yè)項目有著得天獨厚的條件,農戶可以利用本地或周圍山區(qū)蜜源植物資源發(fā)展生態(tài)養(yǎng)蜂業(yè)脫貧致富,有著重要的指導和帶動意義。 基于以上背景,田園公司商業(yè)計劃項目,在對相關理論進行梳理的基礎上逐步發(fā)展而成。首先,本文用戰(zhàn)略管理理論分析了此項目的背景意義與戰(zhàn)略定位；其次,用價值鏈理論對戰(zhàn)略相關的增值活動進行逐項分析：產品、市場營銷、采購、基礎設施建設、組織與人力資源、投資與財務活動等,并從成本管理理論和會計理論的角度對項目的可行性與可實施性進行分析研究。項目的風險因素也是一個需要考慮的重要因素,結合項目本身的特點與行業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢,以風險管理理論為基礎,運用SWOT方法,對項目可能存在的內外在風險因素及相應的風險防范進行了闡述。最后在分析的基礎上,對項目的實施計劃進度進行了規(guī)劃和布置。 該項目的核心是以“公司+基地+農戶+產品加工”的合作發(fā)展模式,建立標準生態(tài)無公害蜂業(yè)養(yǎng)殖場為基地,發(fā)展蜂業(yè)養(yǎng)殖,用傳統(tǒng)與現代方法相結合生產安全綠色蜂產品,利用現代先進工藝和生物技術,以先進管理理念和營銷模式,對蜜蜂的直接產品進行利用和深加工。田園蜂業(yè)商業(yè)計劃項目的目標是打造粵東北地區(qū)天然生態(tài)、綠色友好、優(yōu)質安全的中華蜂產品養(yǎng)殖加工基地,不斷創(chuàng)新“公司+農戶”的發(fā)展模式,帶動周邊農民共同致富,實現社會效益與經濟效益共同良性友好發(fā)展。

Based on the above background, the pastoral company business plan project, gradually evolved based on a review of related theories. First, this paper analyzes the background and significance of strategic positioning of this project with strategic management theory; secondly, using the value chain theory of strategy related value-added activities analysis: product, marketing, procurement, infrastructure construction, organization and human resources, investment and financial activities, and from the cost management theory and accounting theory of the feasibility of the project and the implementation of the project were analyzed.
