【摘要】：悠久的養(yǎng)蜂傳統(tǒng)及傳統(tǒng)蜂產(chǎn)品在我國養(yǎng)殖業(yè)歷史長河中積累并沉淀了深厚的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和優(yōu)勢,但隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展、我國工業(yè)化信息化城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展、人民群眾日益追求健康安全的精神理念的變化,傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)蜂的方式和生產(chǎn)的蜂產(chǎn)品已不能滿足相應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的需要。解決這一需要就必須以科學(xué)發(fā)展的態(tài)度、遵循自然發(fā)展規(guī)律來發(fā)展蜂產(chǎn)業(yè),既保證養(yǎng)蜂對保持自然界生態(tài)物種的多樣性、提高人們需求的農(nóng)作物與經(jīng)濟(jì)作物的產(chǎn)量、改善人類生存的自然環(huán)境,又要保證發(fā)展我國落后山區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、為社會提供優(yōu)質(zhì)安全的蜂食品產(chǎn)品、不斷提高人民的健康生活水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)社會效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益共同良性發(fā)展,保護(hù)大自然環(huán)境和提供從田園到餐桌的全過程全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈蜂產(chǎn)品安全,將有著極其重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和長遠(yuǎn)意義。 蜂業(yè)商業(yè)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目中的養(yǎng)蜂業(yè)屬于節(jié)能型環(huán)保型產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目,能有效提高農(nóng)作物與經(jīng)濟(jì)作物產(chǎn)量,是我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保證,是現(xiàn)代生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的重要組成部分,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展過程中起著獨(dú)特的作用,是一項(xiàng)利國惠民的事業(yè)。蜂業(yè)商業(yè)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目中的蜂產(chǎn)品加工是提升傳統(tǒng)粗放型加工模式,并向提升蜂產(chǎn)品深加工方式轉(zhuǎn)變,提高產(chǎn)品附加值,提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)更豐富安全的蜂產(chǎn)品。目前廣東省地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡,在粵東北山區(qū)農(nóng)村,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相對落后,但山區(qū)擁有著天然豐富的蜜源植物環(huán)境優(yōu)勢,植物花期長,當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)戶有著傳統(tǒng)的養(yǎng)蜂歷史,對發(fā)展蜂業(yè)項(xiàng)目有著得天獨(dú)厚的條件,農(nóng)戶可以利用本地或周圍山區(qū)蜜源植物資源發(fā)展生態(tài)養(yǎng)蜂業(yè)脫貧致富,有著重要的指導(dǎo)和帶動意義。 基于以上背景,田園公司商業(yè)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,在對相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上逐步發(fā)展而成。首先,本文用戰(zhàn)略管理理論分析了此項(xiàng)目的背景意義與戰(zhàn)略定位；其次,用價(jià)值鏈理論對戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)的增值活動進(jìn)行逐項(xiàng)分析：產(chǎn)品、市場營銷、采購、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、組織與人力資源、投資與財(cái)務(wù)活動等,并從成本管理理論和會計(jì)理論的角度對項(xiàng)目的可行性與可實(shí)施性進(jìn)行分析研究。項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素也是一個(gè)需要考慮的重要因素,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目本身的特點(diǎn)與行業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢,以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用SWOT方法,對項(xiàng)目可能存在的內(nèi)外在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素及相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范進(jìn)行了闡述。最后在分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施計(jì)劃進(jìn)度進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃和布置。 該項(xiàng)目的核心是以“公司+基地+農(nóng)戶+產(chǎn)品加工”的合作發(fā)展模式,建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生態(tài)無公害蜂業(yè)養(yǎng)殖場為基地,發(fā)展蜂業(yè)養(yǎng)殖,用傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代方法相結(jié)合生產(chǎn)安全綠色蜂產(chǎn)品,利用現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)工藝和生物技術(shù),以先進(jìn)管理理念和營銷模式,對蜜蜂的直接產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行利用和深加工。田園蜂業(yè)商業(yè)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)是打造粵東北地區(qū)天然生態(tài)、綠色友好、優(yōu)質(zhì)安全的中華蜂產(chǎn)品養(yǎng)殖加工基地,不斷創(chuàng)新“公司+農(nóng)戶”的發(fā)展模式,帶動周邊農(nóng)民共同致富,實(shí)現(xiàn)社會效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益共同良性友好發(fā)展。

Based on the above background, the pastoral company business plan project, gradually evolved based on a review of related theories. First, this paper analyzes the background and significance of strategic positioning of this project with strategic management theory; secondly, using the value chain theory of strategy related value-added activities analysis: product, marketing, procurement, infrastructure construction, organization and human resources, investment and financial activities, and from the cost management theory and accounting theory of the feasibility of the project and the implementation of the project were analyzed. The risk factor is an important factor to consider, combining with the characteristics of the industry development trend of the project itself, to the basis of risk management theory, using the SWOT method, and there may be on the project in the risk factors and the corresponding risk prevention are expounded.
