【摘要】：隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革與現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理體制改革的不斷深入,建筑企業(yè)面臨著越來越激烈的市場競爭。在這樣的形勢下,是否具有強(qiáng)大的成本控制能力,成為直接決定企業(yè)是否能在激烈的市場競爭中生存下去的關(guān)鍵因素之一。本文以衡山開云新城安置房項(xiàng)目為例,探討目前建筑企業(yè)在施工過程中成本控制這一塊的現(xiàn)實(shí)操作情況和所遇到的問題,并嘗試尋求解決問題的方法,力求為國內(nèi)的建筑企業(yè)在成本控制方面提出建設(shè)性的意見。首先文章介紹了研究的背景及意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及研究采用的方法;第二部分詳細(xì)介紹了建筑企業(yè)施工項(xiàng)目成本控制的基本內(nèi)容,包括成本控制的具體內(nèi)涵、控制的對象、控制方法及步驟等;第三部分對衡山開云新城安置房項(xiàng)目的施工成本控制的現(xiàn)狀及控制的成效進(jìn)行了分析;第四部分在前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了優(yōu)化施工項(xiàng)目成本控制的策略。希望本文對衡山開云新城安置房項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析所提出的有效地實(shí)施成本控制的方法與對策,能在今后成功應(yīng)用于其他建筑企業(yè)的實(shí)踐操作中,為他們的成本控制管理水平的提高提供一定的借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of social and economic system and the reform of modern enterprise management system, construction enterprises are facing more and more fierce market competition. Become one of the key factors that directly determine whether the enterprise can survive in the fierce market competition. This article takes the Hengshan Kaiyun New Town resettlement housing project as an example. This paper discusses the actual operation and problems encountered by the construction enterprise in the process of construction cost control, and tries to find a solution to the problem. At first, the paper introduces the background and significance of the research, domestic and foreign research status and research methods; The second part introduces the basic content of construction project cost control in construction enterprise, including the concrete connotation of cost control, the object of control, the method and step of control, etc. The third part of the Hengshan Kaiyun New City housing project construction cost control status and control results were analyzed; The 4th part puts forward the strategy of optimizing construction project cost control on the basis of the previous research. It is hoped that this paper will put forward the methods and countermeasures to implement cost control effectively by analyzing the resettlement house project of Hengshan Kaiyun New Town. It can be successfully applied in the practice of other construction enterprises in the future, and can provide some reference value for the improvement of their cost control management level.
