【摘要】：項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理涉及到工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量和效益這兩個(gè)核心的方面。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理與項(xiàng)目成本管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理是項(xiàng)目管理中最重要的三項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度控制是保證項(xiàng)目按期完成的關(guān)鍵管理環(huán)節(jié)。青州市古城保護(hù)修復(fù)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)度管理意識(shí)淡薄,管理方式方法落后,制度不健全,缺乏專職進(jìn)度控制人員。由于進(jìn)度管理基礎(chǔ)薄弱,對(duì)項(xiàng)目成功帶來(lái)很大影響。工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制是項(xiàng)目管理的重要組成部分,是項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期收益不可或缺的重要內(nèi)容,因此,對(duì)青州市古城保護(hù)修復(fù)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度管理研究有很重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文運(yùn)用了理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、資料分析以及文獻(xiàn)研究的方法,以青州市古城保護(hù)修復(fù)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為背景,詳細(xì)地論述了進(jìn)度管理方法在項(xiàng)目中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用過程。文章首先概要介紹了進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論與方法。其次,詳細(xì)論述了進(jìn)度管理相關(guān)理論在青州市古城保護(hù)修復(fù)建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制定中的應(yīng)用。接著,文章闡述了青州市古城保護(hù)修復(fù)建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行與控制過程。最后,對(duì)工程的實(shí)際進(jìn)度與計(jì)劃進(jìn)度進(jìn)行了檢查,通過檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)了實(shí)際進(jìn)度過程中出現(xiàn)的偏差,通過分析實(shí)際進(jìn)度過程中出現(xiàn)偏差的原因,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃做出了調(diào)整,以此提高項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的有效性和穩(wěn)定性。本文將項(xiàng)目管理理論和方法應(yīng)用于工程實(shí)踐,以項(xiàng)目管理軟件為工具,使項(xiàng)目管理者能夠快速獲取所需要的工程數(shù)據(jù),為其決策提供支持,最大限度地減少了計(jì)劃過程的工作量,提高了工作效率,達(dá)到了縮短工期、資源均衡分配的目的。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management involves two core aspects of project quality and benefit. Project quality management is the three most important contents in project management. Progress plan and schedule control are the key management links to ensure the completion of the project on schedule. The method of management is backward, the system is not perfect, and the staff of full-time progress control is lacking. Because of the weak foundation of schedule management, it has a great influence on the success of the project. The progress control of the project construction project is an important part of the project management. It is an indispensable and important content for the project to realize the expected income. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the progress management of the Qingzhou ancient city conservation and restoration project. Data analysis and literature research methods, based on the Qingzhou ancient city conservation and restoration construction project as the background, The practical application process of schedule management method in project is discussed in detail. Firstly, the basic theory and method of schedule management are introduced briefly. Secondly, The application of schedule management theory in Qingzhou ancient city protection and restoration project schedule is discussed in detail. This paper expounds the execution and control process of the progress plan of Qingzhou ancient city protection and rehabilitation project. Finally, the actual progress and plan progress of the project are checked, and the deviation in the actual progress process is found through the inspection. By analyzing the causes of the deviation in the actual progress process, the project schedule is adjusted to improve the effectiveness and stability of the project schedule. This paper applies the project management theory and method to engineering practice. With the project management software as the tool, the project manager can quickly obtain the required engineering data, provide support for its decision-making, minimize the workload of the planning process, improve the work efficiency, and shorten the duration of the project. The purpose of a balanced allocation of resources.
