【摘要】：項目進度管理涉及到工程項目質(zhì)量和效益這兩個核心的方面。項目進度管理與項目成本管理、項目質(zhì)量管理是項目管理中最重要的三項內(nèi)容。進度計劃和進度控制是保證項目按期完成的關(guān)鍵管理環(huán)節(jié)。青州市古城保護修復建設項目,進度管理意識淡薄,管理方式方法落后,制度不健全,缺乏專職進度控制人員。由于進度管理基礎薄弱,對項目成功帶來很大影響。工程建設項目的進度控制是項目管理的重要組成部分,是項目實現(xiàn)預期收益不可或缺的重要內(nèi)容,因此,對青州市古城保護修復建設項目進行進度管理研究有很重大的現(xiàn)實意義。本文運用了理論和實踐相結(jié)合、資料分析以及文獻研究的方法,以青州市古城保護修復建設項目為背景,詳細地論述了進度管理方法在項目中的實際應用過程。文章首先概要介紹了進度管理的相關(guān)基礎理論與方法。其次,詳細論述了進度管理相關(guān)理論在青州市古城保護修復建設工程項目進度計劃制定中的應用。接著,文章闡述了青州市古城保護修復建設工程項目進度計劃的執(zhí)行與控制過程。最后,對工程的實際進度與計劃進度進行了檢查,通過檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)了實際進度過程中出現(xiàn)的偏差,通過分析實際進度過程中出現(xiàn)偏差的原因,對項目進度計劃做出了調(diào)整,以此提高項目進度計劃的有效性和穩(wěn)定性。本文將項目管理理論和方法應用于工程實踐,以項目管理軟件為工具,使項目管理者能夠快速獲取所需要的工程數(shù)據(jù),為其決策提供支持,最大限度地減少了計劃過程的工作量,提高了工作效率,達到了縮短工期、資源均衡分配的目的。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management involves two core aspects of project quality and benefit. Project quality management is the three most important contents in project management. Progress plan and schedule control are the key management links to ensure the completion of the project on schedule. The method of management is backward, the system is not perfect, and the staff of full-time progress control is lacking. Because of the weak foundation of schedule management, it has a great influence on the success of the project. The progress control of the project construction project is an important part of the project management. It is an indispensable and important content for the project to realize the expected income. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the progress management of the Qingzhou ancient city conservation and restoration project. Data analysis and literature research methods, based on the Qingzhou ancient city conservation and restoration construction project as the background, The practical application process of schedule management method in project is discussed in detail. Firstly, the basic theory and method of schedule management are introduced briefly. Secondly, The application of schedule management theory in Qingzhou ancient city protection and restoration project schedule is discussed in detail. This paper expounds the execution and control process of the progress plan of Qingzhou ancient city protection and rehabilitation project. Finally, the actual progress and plan progress of the project are checked, and the deviation in the actual progress process is found through the inspection. By analyzing the causes of the deviation in the actual progress process, the project schedule is adjusted to improve the effectiveness and stability of the project schedule. This paper applies the project management theory and method to engineering practice. With the project management software as the tool, the project manager can quickly obtain the required engineering data, provide support for its decision-making, minimize the workload of the planning process, improve the work efficiency, and shorten the duration of the project. The purpose of a balanced allocation of resources.
