【摘要】：最近幾年來,電力工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展以及國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長,致使各種設(shè)備、材料、能源等價(jià)格上漲。進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致電力施工企業(yè)變電站工程項(xiàng)目中的設(shè)備費(fèi)、材料費(fèi)、人工費(fèi)等一直呈上漲趨勢(shì),以致變電站項(xiàng)目建設(shè)成本不斷增漲,造成電力施工企業(yè)生存的壓力日益增加。為了生存,實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤最大化,電力施工企業(yè)必須加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目成本的管理。本文以A電力施工企業(yè)變電站工程成本管理方案做為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其方案進(jìn)行深入分析、研究。首先,對(duì)本文的研究背景和研究意義進(jìn)行深入闡述,對(duì)A電力施工企業(yè)及變電站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目概況進(jìn)行簡介。結(jié)合A電力施工企業(yè)變電站工程成本管理方案具體提出論文研究的主要內(nèi)容與研究思路。其次,介紹包括項(xiàng)目電力工程成本管理的原則、項(xiàng)目成本管理的概念及項(xiàng)目成本管理所使用的的方法。然后,提出變電站工程成本管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及要求,對(duì)A電力施工企業(yè)變電站工程成本管理方案進(jìn)行介紹并深入分析,提出方案中存在的缺乏合理的方法及施工階段成本管理薄弱等問題。隨后,針對(duì)A電力施工企業(yè)變電站工程成本管理方案存在的問題,提出優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案的建議,對(duì)成本過程管理及組織管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并將理論結(jié)合到A電力施工企業(yè)變電站工程成本管理方案實(shí)際應(yīng)用中。采用上述理論后,結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,分析新方案對(duì)A電力施工企業(yè)變電站工程成本管理的改善情況及取得的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果。之后,根據(jù)A電力施工企業(yè)自身實(shí)際情況,提出加強(qiáng)企業(yè)組織管理保障、完善激勵(lì)與約束機(jī)制以及提升項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)成本管理能力等保障措施,從而有力保障A電力施工企業(yè)變電站工程成本管理方案的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)施。最后,總結(jié)全文,闡述本文得出的結(jié)論,即A電力施工企業(yè)變電站工程成本管理方案的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于A電力施工企業(yè)加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理,增加經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,提升市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭力具有明顯的效果及重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the electric power industry and the rapid growth of the national economy, the prices of various equipment, materials and energy have risen. As a result of the rising cost of substation construction projects, the pressure on electric power construction enterprises to survive is increasing day by day. In order to survive, the profit is maximized. The electric power construction enterprise must strengthen the project cost management. This paper takes the A electric power construction enterprise substation project cost management plan as the research object, carries on the thorough analysis to its plan, studies. The research background and significance of this paper are expounded in depth. The general situation of A electric power construction enterprise and substation construction project is briefly introduced. The main contents and research ideas of the thesis are put forward in combination with the cost management scheme of substation project in A power construction enterprise. Secondly, This paper introduces the principles of project power engineering cost management, the concept of project cost management and the methods used in project cost management. Then, the standards and requirements of substation engineering cost management are put forward. This paper introduces and analyzes the project of substation cost management in A electric power construction enterprise, and puts forward some problems such as lack of reasonable methods and weak cost management in construction stage. In view of the problems existing in the cost management scheme of substation engineering in A electric power construction enterprise, the suggestion of optimizing design scheme is put forward, and the cost process management and organization management are optimized. The theory is combined with the practical application of substation project cost management scheme in A electric power construction enterprise. This paper analyzes the improvement and economic effect of the new scheme on the cost management of substation engineering in A electric power construction enterprise. Then, according to the actual situation of A electric power construction enterprise, the paper puts forward to strengthen the organizational management guarantee of the enterprise. Improve incentive and restraint mechanism and enhance project management team cost management ability and other safeguard measures, so as to ensure the implementation of A power construction enterprise substation project cost management scheme optimization design. Finally, summarize the full text, The conclusion reached in this paper is that the optimal design of substation project cost management scheme in A electric power construction enterprise can strengthen internal management and increase economic benefit for A electric power construction enterprise. The promotion market competition ability has the obvious effect and the important significance.
