【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)煤炭科工集團(tuán)企業(yè)內(nèi)部招標(biāo)采購(gòu)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀和電子招投標(biāo)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的需求分析,對(duì)集團(tuán)建設(shè)企業(yè)采購(gòu)電子招投標(biāo)系統(tǒng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)的框架功能設(shè)置以及性能進(jìn)行了探討。指出,依據(jù)國(guó)家電子招投標(biāo)政策的支持,在集團(tuán)內(nèi)建設(shè)電子招投標(biāo)系統(tǒng),可有效克服招投標(biāo)過(guò)程中各種不規(guī)范行為,增加透明度,提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,減少干擾因素,為集團(tuán)集約化招投標(biāo)采購(gòu)提供綠色、高效、安全、可行的管理方案,從而達(dá)到降低項(xiàng)目成本提高效益的目的。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of the internal bidding and purchasing market and the construction of the electronic bidding system in the enterprises of China Coal Science and Technology Group, This paper probes into the frame function and performance of the Internet platform of purchasing electronic bidding and bidding system for group construction enterprises. It is pointed out that according to the support of the national electronic bidding policy, the electronic bidding system will be built in the group. It can effectively overcome all kinds of irregular behavior in bidding process, increase transparency, improve competitiveness, reduce interference factors, and provide green, efficient, safe and feasible management scheme for group intensive bidding procurement. In order to reduce the cost of the project and improve the efficiency of the purpose.
