【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)電力體制改革的深入開展,以市場(chǎng)化模式實(shí)現(xiàn)快速協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)電力工業(yè)建設(shè)的必然趨勢(shì)。電力市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程的加快和“廠網(wǎng)分開,競(jìng)價(jià)上網(wǎng)”營(yíng)運(yùn)機(jī)制的實(shí)施,使發(fā)電企業(yè)成為市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的主體。在過去的壟斷體制下,發(fā)電企業(yè)運(yùn)行是由電力調(diào)度部門集中優(yōu)化決策決定的,而電力市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制則是盡可能調(diào)動(dòng)市場(chǎng)主體的積極性,利用經(jīng)濟(jì)手段進(jìn)行管理、調(diào)度和控制,協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作。因此,發(fā)電公司將從傳統(tǒng)以運(yùn)行成本最小的統(tǒng)一調(diào)度模式轉(zhuǎn)向追求效益最大化為目標(biāo)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)電模式,這對(duì)于發(fā)電公司來說既面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn),也存在著巨大的機(jī)遇。未來的電力市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將是一個(gè)全方位的較量,對(duì)于發(fā)電公司來說,將面臨著激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),其廣度和深度都是前所未有的。原有的研究和準(zhǔn)備已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能達(dá)到全面參與未來區(qū)域電力市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及適應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)型期內(nèi)的電力營(yíng)銷的需要。論文以發(fā)電企業(yè)商業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)及競(jìng)價(jià)決策技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)為背景,對(duì)發(fā)電企業(yè)的成本管理和競(jìng)價(jià)決策進(jìn)行了深入研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了電力營(yíng)銷決策基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。該方案運(yùn)用了組合算法、電價(jià)離散算法、指定市場(chǎng)力指標(biāo)K算法、指定分段報(bào)價(jià)方案算法和修正系數(shù)組合算法等多種分析手段,結(jié)合我國(guó)電力企業(yè)的時(shí)機(jī)情況,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析和設(shè)計(jì),可以很好地促進(jìn)企業(yè)成本管理工作的進(jìn)行,保證企業(yè)以低成本優(yōu)勢(shì)取得市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。系統(tǒng)采用基于平臺(tái)的組件級(jí)編程技術(shù)開發(fā),采用基于.net技術(shù)的多層體系架構(gòu)和B/S結(jié)構(gòu),瀏覽器層采用AJAX技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中均采用成熟的信息技術(shù),保證了系統(tǒng)具有較高的可靠性,同時(shí)基于平臺(tái)的組件級(jí)編程技術(shù)以及算法庫(kù)實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)使系統(tǒng)具備很好的靈活性和擴(kuò)展性,可以適應(yīng)未來電力市場(chǎng)發(fā)展中業(yè)務(wù)方式和工作流程可能發(fā)生的變化。
[Abstract]:With the development of electric power system reform in our country, it has become an inevitable trend of electric power industry construction to realize rapid coordinated and sustainable development by market-oriented mode. Under the monopoly system, the operation of power generation enterprises is determined by the centralized optimization decision of the power dispatching department. The competitive mechanism of the electricity market is to arouse the enthusiasm of the main body of the market as much as possible, to use economic means to manage, dispatch and control, and to coordinate the operation. The generation company will change from the traditional unified dispatching mode with the minimum operating cost to the competitive power generation mode which aims to maximize the efficiency, which is facing a huge challenge for the power generation companies. There are also enormous opportunities. The future competition in the electricity market will be an all-around contest. For the power generation companies, they will face fierce market competition. Its breadth and depth are unprecedented. The original research and preparation is far from reaching the need to fully participate in the future regional electricity market competition and to adapt to the needs of electricity marketing in the transition period. The design and development of technical support system for camp and bidding decision, This paper deeply studies the cost management and bidding decision of power generation enterprises, and puts forward the design scheme of power marketing decision base system on the basis of this, which uses combination algorithm, discrete electricity price algorithm, and specifies market power index K algorithm. According to the situation of electric power enterprises in our country, this paper makes systematic analysis and design, which can well promote the cost management of enterprises, such as the specific piecewise quotation scheme algorithm and the modified coefficient combination algorithm, and so on, combined with the opportunity situation of the electric power enterprises in our country to carry out systematic analysis and design. The system adopts the component level programming technology based on platform, the multilayer architecture based on. Net technology and the B / S structure. The browser layer is realized by AJAX technology. The mature information technology is used in the development of the system, which ensures the system has high reliability. At the same time, the component-level programming technology based on platform and the implementation technology of algorithm library make the system flexible and extensible, and can adapt to the possible changes of business mode and workflow in the development of power market in the future.
