集裝箱運(yùn)輸航線成本評(píng)估及降低途徑研究

【摘要】:2012年國(guó)際集裝箱運(yùn)輸公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)出現(xiàn)分化,有些集裝箱運(yùn)輸公司盈利頗豐,有些卻虧損嚴(yán)重?疾爝@些航運(yùn)公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)盈利的航運(yùn)公司都有一個(gè)顯著的特點(diǎn),在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中建立起顯著的航線成本優(yōu)勢(shì),而虧損嚴(yán)重集裝箱運(yùn)輸公司的航線成本則明顯較高。要改善提高集裝箱運(yùn)輸公司的效益,須設(shè)法降低集裝箱運(yùn)輸公司的航線成本。本文即站在集裝箱運(yùn)輸公司經(jīng)營(yíng)從業(yè)者的角度,論述如何通過(guò)航線設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)降低集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)暮骄成本。本論文是一篇面對(duì)實(shí)際問(wèn)題,研究分析并提出解決問(wèn)題辦法的實(shí)用性論文。 集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)暮骄成本也稱航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本,主要包括船舶成本、燃油成本、港口費(fèi)等固定成本。本文分航線投入船舶的船型升級(jí)、航線加船減速、集裝箱運(yùn)輸干支線組合優(yōu)化、艙位互換合作等幾個(gè)方面來(lái)詳細(xì)論述怎樣通過(guò)優(yōu)化航線設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)降低航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)固定成本,確立成本優(yōu)勢(shì)。首先,論述了航線投入船舶的船型升級(jí)可以降低航線成本,以及實(shí)現(xiàn)航線船型升級(jí)的方法。其次,介紹了航線加船減速對(duì)于節(jié)省燃油、降低航線成本的作用,重點(diǎn)論述了怎樣實(shí)現(xiàn)航線加船減速。第三,論述了集裝箱干支線配合、優(yōu)化航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)于降低航線成本的作用,重點(diǎn)論述了干支線組合的航線設(shè)置原則。最后,論述了通過(guò)多家船公司的航線艙位互換合作等可以優(yōu)化航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局、降低航線成本。結(jié)論部分總結(jié)了從各個(gè)方面著手全面實(shí)施成本管理可以有效降低航線成本,提高經(jīng)營(yíng)效益。希望本文對(duì)于集裝箱航線經(jīng)營(yíng)管理者具有一定的啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:In 2012, the operating performance of the international container shipping companies appeared to be divided. Some container shipping companies made a lot of profits while others suffered serious losses. It can be found that profitable shipping companies all have a remarkable characteristic of establishing significant airline cost advantages in market competition. On the other hand, the shipping costs of container transport companies with serious losses are obviously higher. It is necessary to improve and improve the efficiency of container transport companies. It is necessary to reduce the shipping cost of container transportation company. This paper discusses how to reduce the shipping cost of container transportation through route design from the point of view of the operators of container transportation company. This paper is faced with a practical problem. Research and analysis of the practical solution to the problem paper. The route cost of container transportation is also called route network cost, which mainly includes ship cost, fuel cost, port fee and so on. This paper discusses in detail how to reduce the fixed cost of the route network and establish the cost advantage by optimizing the route design from several aspects, such as the combination optimization of the trunk and branch lines of container transportation, the cooperation of the exchange of space space and so on. This paper discusses that the ship type upgrade can reduce the route cost and the method of realizing the route ship type upgrade. Secondly, the paper introduces the effect of route acceleration and deceleration on saving fuel and reducing route cost. This paper mainly discusses how to realize the speed increase and deceleration of the route. Thirdly, it discusses the function of container trunk and branch line coordination, optimizes the route network to reduce the route cost, and emphatically discusses the route setting principle of the trunk and branch line combination. This paper discusses that the route network layout can be optimized and the route cost can be reduced through the exchange and cooperation of shipping space between several shipping companies. The conclusion is summarized that the overall implementation of cost management from all aspects can effectively reduce the route cost. It is hoped that this paper will have some inspiration for container route managers.
