【摘要】：新世紀(jì)人民生活水平不斷提高,居民對居住環(huán)境綠化、美化的要求也越來越高,如何打造一個(gè)精品的園林工程,也成為時(shí)下最為熱門的話題。一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的園林景觀作品,既離不開設(shè)計(jì)師優(yōu)秀的靈感創(chuàng)藝,也與工程師嫻熟的施工技藝息息相關(guān)。國內(nèi)園林項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中,常因諸多原因?qū)е略O(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)際施工出現(xiàn)偏差。因此,要充分體現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)的思想及理念,營造出良好的園林景觀,就必須解決好設(shè)計(jì)與施工的對接問題。目前國內(nèi)對設(shè)計(jì)與施工協(xié)調(diào)管理的研究很少,關(guān)于協(xié)調(diào)管理模式探討的更少。 論文以協(xié)同論、管理協(xié)同作為研究的理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合作者工地的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷,通過對國內(nèi)外園林設(shè)計(jì)與施工相互關(guān)系相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究分析,運(yùn)用實(shí)地調(diào)研、歸納分析的方法,結(jié)合實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目對園林設(shè)計(jì)與施工協(xié)調(diào)管理模式展開研究,并得到如下結(jié)果： (1)園林設(shè)計(jì)與園林施工是相互獨(dú)立并且相互依存的關(guān)系,它們作為園林項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中的子變量,共同對整個(gè)項(xiàng)目發(fā)生效用。 (2)園林設(shè)計(jì)與施工在項(xiàng)目的不同階段發(fā)生各種各樣的問題,設(shè)計(jì)方與施工方需要以多方的角度全面考慮,減少問題的出現(xiàn)。 (3)通過傳統(tǒng)模式的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),設(shè)計(jì)與施工在協(xié)調(diào)方面缺少監(jiān)管。嘗試在園林項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中,選用設(shè)計(jì)督導(dǎo)人員全程對工程效果把控的模式,有利于項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、成本的管理。 (4)將這種督導(dǎo)制管理模式在實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目中分階段進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)得出應(yīng)用了督導(dǎo)制的管理模式的成效。 結(jié)果表明,基于督導(dǎo)制的園林設(shè)計(jì)與施工協(xié)調(diào)管理模式運(yùn)用于園林工程實(shí)際,具有可行性,實(shí)用性。既可以為園林工程的建設(shè)提供參考,也是本文的創(chuàng)新之處。
[Abstract]:In the new century, the standard of living of the people is constantly improving, and the residents' requirements for greening and beautifying the living environment are becoming higher and higher, so how to create a fine garden project. Also become the most popular topic. An excellent landscape work, not only can not be separated from the excellent inspiration of designers, but also with the skilled construction skills of engineers. In the construction of domestic garden projects. Often for many reasons there is a deviation between design and actual construction. Therefore, it is necessary to fully reflect the design ideas and ideas, and create a good landscape. At present, there are few researches on the coordinated management of design and construction in China, and even less on the mode of coordinated management. Based on the theory of synergy and management synergy, combined with the practice experience of the author's site, this paper makes research and analysis on the related literature of the relationship between domestic and foreign garden design and construction, and makes use of the field investigation. The method of summing up and analyzing, combining with the practice project to carry on the research to the garden design and the construction coordinated management pattern, and obtains the following results: (1) Landscape design and garden construction are independent and interdependent relations, they are sub-variables in the construction of garden projects, which have a common utility to the whole project. 2) there are various problems in the design and construction of landscape architecture in different stages of the project. The designer and the constructor need to consider the problems from various angles in order to reduce the occurrence of the problems. Through the research of the traditional mode, it is found that the coordination of design and construction is lack of supervision. In the process of garden project construction, the design supervisor is selected to control the effect of the project. Good for project quality, schedule and cost management. 4) analyzing the management mode of supervision system in different stages in practice project, and summing up the effect of applying supervision system management mode. The results show that the coordinated management mode of landscape design and construction based on supervision system is practical, feasible and practical, which can provide reference for the construction of garden engineering. It is also the innovation of this paper.
