【摘要】：在軟件項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中,軟件項(xiàng)目管理的中心問(wèn)題就是成本管理,目前我國(guó)軟件企業(yè)普遍規(guī)模較小,軟件項(xiàng)目延期、預(yù)算超支、質(zhì)量惡劣甚至項(xiàng)目失敗等問(wèn)題非常嚴(yán)重,同時(shí)目前現(xiàn)有的軟件成本管理理論與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),重點(diǎn)是對(duì)大中型軟件企業(yè)的復(fù)雜軟件項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō)的。因此,對(duì)我國(guó)中小型企業(yè)軟件項(xiàng)目成本管理進(jìn)行研究具有重要意義。 本文針對(duì)目前中小型企業(yè)軟件項(xiàng)目成本計(jì)劃與控制現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題及成本管理方法等方面的要求,從幾個(gè)方面對(duì)軟件項(xiàng)目成本計(jì)劃與控制進(jìn)行探討研究：深入研究軟件項(xiàng)目成本管理理論,提出軟件項(xiàng)目含義、成本管理理論、軟件項(xiàng)目成本管理理論,為后面分析軟件成本計(jì)劃與控制做好理論準(zhǔn)備。深入分析了軟件項(xiàng)目成本計(jì)劃,分別是軟件項(xiàng)目成本估算、軟件規(guī)模估算、成本估算方法、軟件成本預(yù)算。在軟件項(xiàng)目成本計(jì)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)軟件項(xiàng)目成本控制進(jìn)行了研究,提出了軟件項(xiàng)目成本控制內(nèi)容、軟件項(xiàng)目成本控制內(nèi)容、掙值法在軟件項(xiàng)目成本控制的應(yīng)用、利用掙值法進(jìn)行績(jī)效研究、軟件項(xiàng)目成本控制的輸出結(jié)果。通過(guò)M企業(yè)實(shí)證分析了軟件項(xiàng)目成本計(jì)劃與控制,根據(jù)該企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況與實(shí)力,分析了企業(yè)軟件項(xiàng)目成本管理現(xiàn)狀,指出了影響企業(yè)軟件項(xiàng)目成本管理的因素,提出了企業(yè)軟件項(xiàng)目成本計(jì)劃與控制設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In the process of software project management, the central problem of software project management is cost management. At present, the scale of Chinese software enterprises is relatively small, the software project is delayed, and the budget overruns. The problems such as poor quality and even project failure are very serious. At the same time, the existing software cost management theory and practical experience focus on the complex software projects of large and medium-sized software enterprises. It is of great significance to study the software project cost management of small and medium enterprises in China. This article aims at the current small and medium-sized enterprise software project cost plan and the control present situation, the existence question and the cost management method and so on aspect request. This paper probes into the cost planning and control of software project from several aspects: deeply studying the theory of software project cost management, putting forward the meaning of software project, the theory of cost management, and the theory of cost management of software project. For the following analysis of software cost planning and control of the theoretical preparation. In-depth analysis of software project cost planning, software project cost estimates, software scale estimates, cost estimation methods. Software cost budget. On the basis of software project cost planning, the software project cost control is studied, and the content of software project cost control and software project cost control is put forward. The application of earned value method in software project cost control, using earned value method for performance research, software project cost control output results. Through M enterprise empirical analysis of software project cost planning and control. According to the management status and strength of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the current situation of cost management of enterprise software project, points out the factors that affect the cost management of enterprise software project, and puts forward the cost plan and control design of enterprise software project.
