【摘要】：當(dāng)前,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入"經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)",經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展對(duì)于技術(shù)的需求日益增加,高校作為科學(xué)技術(shù)產(chǎn)出的重要源泉,如何將高校專利轉(zhuǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)化成為經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的動(dòng)力之一是亟待解決的問題。文章基于經(jīng)濟(jì)成本收益的角度將高校所屬專利進(jìn)行了分類,并依據(jù)不同的分類提出了轉(zhuǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)化的建議,同時(shí)提出高質(zhì)量的專利審查亦為高校所屬專利轉(zhuǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)化必不可少的助力之一。
[Abstract]:At present, the Chinese economy has entered the "new normal state of economy", the demand for technology is increasing day by day in the development of economic innovation, and colleges and universities are the important source of scientific and technological output. How to transform university patent transfer into one of the driving forces of economic innovation and development is an urgent problem to be solved. According to different classification, the paper puts forward the suggestion of transfer and transformation, and points out that the high quality patent examination is also one of the indispensable aids to the transfer and transformation of patents in colleges and universities.
