【摘要】：為了保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全,我國在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品溯源方面取得了很多有益成果。但是依然存在企業(yè)間信息不對(duì)稱、溯源困難、政府無法有效監(jiān)管、社會(huì)參與度低等關(guān)鍵問題。從多邊平臺(tái)的理論研究出發(fā),分析了我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品多邊平臺(tái)發(fā)展緩慢的原因;結(jié)合多邊平臺(tái)和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品溯源的各自優(yōu)勢(shì),提出了構(gòu)建全國統(tǒng)一的基于時(shí)空追溯碼的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全溯源多邊平臺(tái),并對(duì)該多邊平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì),包括平臺(tái)的參與方設(shè)計(jì)、平臺(tái)的整體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和平臺(tái)基本功能設(shè)計(jì);最后研究設(shè)計(jì)了多邊平臺(tái)下的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品溯源管理流程,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品高效追溯。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, China has made a lot of useful achievements in the traceability of agricultural products, but there is still information asymmetry among enterprises, traceability is difficult, the government can not effectively supervise. Based on the theoretical research of multilateral platform, this paper analyzes the reasons for the slow development of multilateral agricultural products platform in China. Combined with the respective advantages of multilateral platform and agricultural product traceability, a national unified multilateral platform for agricultural product quality and safety traceability based on time-space traceability code is proposed, and the overall design of the multilateral platform is given. Including the platform participants design, platform architecture design and platform basic function design; Finally, the traceability management process of agricultural products under multilateral platform is designed to realize the efficient traceability of agricultural products.
