【摘要】：在上世紀末高校后勤社會化改革成功地將市場機制引入到高校后勤集團之后，高校后勤社會化改革的進一步深入和高校后勤企業(yè)多元化經營模式的產生對高校后勤集團的財務管理模式提出了新的要求。為了加快高校后勤集團的發(fā)展，必須結合高校后勤企業(yè)化的特殊性以及具體運營環(huán)境，建立科學的高校后勤集團財務管理模式，從而推動高校后勤集團管理模式進一步邁向科學化、高效化，這也是我國高校管理層及后勤集團領導必須解決的一個重大課題。 本文首先針對DZ大學后勤集團財務管理模式的現狀進行了詳細分析，其存在的問題主要有：資金控制不到位；財務控制缺乏一體性；成本管理不健全；財務分析滯后；財務組織結構不合理；財務人員的業(yè)務能力和綜合素質不高；各中心負責人的積極性差。然后，將企業(yè)集團財務管理模式的理論和我國高校后勤集團財務管理模式的發(fā)展趨勢等因素相結合，發(fā)現集中管理、統(tǒng)一核算的財務管理模式比較適合于DZ大學后勤集團。最后，根據DZ大學后勤集團的具體組織結構和實際運營情況，建議從財務管理理念、財務管理體系、財務管理指標、財務組織結構幾個方面來逐步優(yōu)化DZ大學后勤集團的現有財務管理模式,并為優(yōu)化措施的順利實施提出了具體的保障方案、實施細則，包括成立財務管理委員會、加強財權的集中控制、健全監(jiān)督制約機制、加強財務信息系統(tǒng)建設等內容。本文通過一般理論與具體實際相結合的方法對DZ高校后勤集團的財務管理模式進行了詳細地研究，提出的建議有利于DZ大學后勤集團公司進一步加強財務內部控制制度體系、財務組織機構建設等工作，保證全集團的財務工作規(guī)范有序進行,同時也為我國其他高校后勤集團在構建、優(yōu)化財務管理模式時提供一個很好的參考。
[Abstract]:At the end of last century, the socialized reform of logistics in colleges and universities successfully introduced the market mechanism into the rear service group of colleges and universities. The further deepening of the socialization reform of university logistics and the emergence of the diversified management mode of university logistics enterprises put forward new requirements for the financial management mode of university logistics group in order to speed up the development of university logistics group. It is necessary to establish a scientific financial management model of university logistics group in combination with the particularity of the university logistics enterprise and the specific operating environment, so as to promote the university logistics group management model to be more scientific and efficient. This is also a major issue that must be solved by the management of colleges and universities and the leaders of logistic groups. In this paper, the current situation of DZ University Logistics Group financial management model is analyzed in detail, the main problems are: the lack of capital control; Lack of integration of financial control; Imperfect cost management; Financial analysis lag; The structure of financial organization is unreasonable; The financial personnel's professional ability and comprehensive quality are not high; Then, combining the theory of enterprise group financial management model with the development trend of our university logistics group financial management model and other factors, we find centralized management. The financial management model of unified accounting is more suitable for DZ University Logistics Group. Finally, according to the specific organizational structure and actual operation of DZ University Logistics Group, it is suggested that the concept of financial management, financial management system. Financial management indicators, financial organization structure to gradually optimize the DZ University logistics group of the existing financial management model, and for the smooth implementation of the optimization measures put forward a specific protection scheme, implementation rules. Including the establishment of financial management committee, strengthen the centralized control of financial power, improve the supervision and control mechanism. Strengthening the construction of financial information system. This paper makes a detailed study on the financial management model of DZ university logistics group through the combination of general theory and practice. The suggestions are helpful to DZ University Logistics Group Company to further strengthen the financial internal control system, financial organization construction and other work to ensure the group's financial work in an orderly manner. At the same time, it also provides a good reference for other university logistics groups to construct and optimize the financial management model.
