【摘要】：近幾年來，國內(nèi)各大汽車制造主機廠汽車召回事件層出不窮，給汽車制造商及零部件廠商帶來信譽損失、質(zhì)量成本損失的同時，消費者也深受其害。這部分損失是企業(yè)的一座冰山，也是可挖掘的利潤，那么傳統(tǒng)意義上的質(zhì)量成本管理就顯的頗受局限，這就要求汽車制造業(yè)更應(yīng)該納入零缺陷質(zhì)量管理，要求發(fā)揮人的主觀能動性，第一次把事情做正確，使設(shè)計者、生產(chǎn)者、經(jīng)營者努力使自己的產(chǎn)品沒有缺陷，使產(chǎn)品符合對顧客承諾的要求。同時，歐美很多成功企業(yè)在戰(zhàn)略和財務(wù)上的卓越績效很多依賴于成功的零缺陷管理，因此，零缺陷理念在很多中小型企業(yè)內(nèi)部的質(zhì)量成本管理的應(yīng)用研究就顯得非常必要。 本文研究的主要內(nèi)容包括六個章節(jié)： 第一章緒論。闡述課題研究背景、研究目的、意義、研究內(nèi)容和方法。 第二章相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論分析。介紹相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論。包括傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)量成本管理理論、零缺陷管理理論等；介紹了傳統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量成本特性和零缺陷品質(zhì)成本特性的區(qū)別。 第三章ETH公司質(zhì)量成本管理現(xiàn)狀分析。以ETH公司為實例，采用統(tǒng)計分析的方法，介紹ETH公司當(dāng)前的質(zhì)量成本管理現(xiàn)狀。 第四章ETH公司加強質(zhì)量成本管理的優(yōu)化措施。本章就ETH公司的管理現(xiàn)狀，制定對策措施。 第五章零缺陷品質(zhì)成本管理在ETH公司的應(yīng)用。本章介紹零缺陷管理實踐方案的規(guī)劃，搭建高績效的項目團隊，嚴(yán)格監(jiān)控項目管理計劃，確保零缺陷方案的實施和推行，并對方案的實施給予了客觀評價。 第六章結(jié)論與展望。本章對全文進行了總結(jié)，指出了本文研究過程中的研究成本和研究上的不足，并對后續(xù)的研究方向進行了展望。 在研究方法上，筆者采用了大量的文獻研究法和案例分析法。通過選讀大量的相關(guān)質(zhì)量成本的國內(nèi)外文獻，，對不同時期國內(nèi)外對質(zhì)量成本管理相關(guān)的理論及管理現(xiàn)狀進行分析，明確零缺陷管理的優(yōu)勢，闡述其對質(zhì)量成本管理變革的重要意義；同時，對ETH公司質(zhì)量成本管理現(xiàn)狀、影響因素進行統(tǒng)計分析以及零缺陷方案的推進實施降低質(zhì)量成本，進而總結(jié)出ETH公司實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的零缺陷管理戰(zhàn)略，提高行業(yè)競爭力的核心之道。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic major automobile main engine factory automobile recall events emerge in endlessly, bring the prestige loss and the quality cost loss to the automobile manufacturer and the spare parts manufacturer at the same time. Consumers also suffer greatly. This part of the loss is an iceberg of enterprises, but also can be excavated profits, so the traditional sense of quality cost management is obviously limited. This requires that the automotive manufacturing industry should be more into the zero-defect quality management, to play the subjective initiative of people, the first time to do the right thing, so that designers, producers, operators to make their own products without defects. At the same time, many successful companies in Europe and the United States in strategic and financial performance many rely on successful zero defect management, so. It is necessary to study the application of zero-defect concept in the internal quality cost management of many small and medium enterprises. The main contents of this paper include six chapters: The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, significance, contents and methods of the research. The second chapter introduces the related basic theories, including the traditional quality cost management theory, zero defect management theory and so on. The difference between traditional quality cost characteristic and zero defect quality cost characteristic is introduced. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of quality cost management in ETH Company. Taking ETH Company as an example, this paper introduces the current quality cost management situation of ETH Company by means of statistical analysis. Chapter 4th: optimization measures of ETH Company to strengthen quality cost Management. This chapter formulates countermeasures on the management status of ETH Company. Chapter 5th the application of zero defect quality cost management in ETH Company. This chapter introduces the plan of zero defect management practice, sets up a high performance project team, and strictly monitors the project management plan. To ensure the implementation and implementation of the zero-defect program, and to give an objective evaluation of the implementation of the program. Chapter 6th: conclusion and prospect. This chapter summarizes the full text, points out the research cost and deficiency in the research process, and looks forward to the future research direction. In the research method, the author adopted a large number of literature research and case analysis methods. Through reading a large number of related quality costs of domestic and foreign literature. This paper analyzes the relevant theories and management status of quality cost management in different periods at home and abroad, clarifies the advantages of zero defect management, and expounds its significance to the reform of quality cost management. At the same time, the current situation of quality cost management in ETH company, the influencing factors and the implementation of zero defect scheme to reduce the quality cost are statistically analyzed, and then the zero defect management strategy of ETH company is summarized. The core of improving the competitiveness of the industry.
