【摘要】:近年來,隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,行業(yè)競爭的不斷加劇。安防施工企業(yè)的為了能長久發(fā)展,在項目管理中的各個環(huán)節(jié)實施精細(xì)化管理,已經(jīng)成企業(yè)最大程度地發(fā)揮其內(nèi)部潛力、提高作效率的必然選擇之一。安防施工企業(yè)實施精細(xì)化管理已是大勢所趨,簡單的“選擇”策略已不再是企業(yè)的制勝法寶,只有審時度勢,因勢利導(dǎo)針對企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),對企業(yè)安防項目管理中各個環(huán)節(jié)進行精細(xì)化管理,才能幫助企業(yè)沿著安防施工行業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢加速度躍遷。安防施工企業(yè)的發(fā)展,急需從精細(xì)化層面對其引導(dǎo)和規(guī)范,而精細(xì)化體系的建立和完善,則是其中的關(guān)鍵、核心和基礎(chǔ)。因此,建立企業(yè)精細(xì)化管理體系,有利于提高安全防范技術(shù)企業(yè)各種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制訂,有利于使精細(xì)化理論具有更廣泛的適用性和針對性。 本文首先在研究現(xiàn)代項目管理和精細(xì)化管理理論基礎(chǔ)上,提出一般項目管理與精細(xì)化項目管理的差異,并探討施工企業(yè)項目中實施精細(xì)化管理的必要性。其次從精細(xì)化管理理論研究中得出的規(guī)范化制度化、系統(tǒng)化、信息化以及數(shù)據(jù)化四個方向,對安防施工項目實施過程中的人力、成本,進度、質(zhì)量、流程等管理問題精細(xì)化管理進行分析與研究,得出安防施工項目實施人力、成本、進度、質(zhì)量、施工過程精細(xì)化管理的原則和方法。最后根據(jù)前面得出精細(xì)化管理的原則與方法,結(jié)合GDSH公司項目管理的實際情況,,圍繞項目精細(xì)化管理的成本、進度、質(zhì)量這幾大約束目標(biāo)以及人力資源等管理問題,將精細(xì)化管理理論在GDSH公司的工程項目管理中進行了實踐。從分析實施效果中看出,將精細(xì)化管理應(yīng)用到施工企業(yè),可以帶動整個施工行業(yè)管理思想的變革,提高經(jīng)濟效益,增強施工企業(yè)的競爭能力。 本文最后對該項目精細(xì)化管理的在GDSH公司項目管理中的成果進行了總結(jié),而后對實施精細(xì)化管理中存在的問題進行了分類整理和歸納,并針對這些問題提出了相關(guān)的對策建議和解決方法,從而在最大程度上能夠避免或者減緩這些問題所帶來的消極影響,保證精細(xì)化管理的實踐效果。 在現(xiàn)代項目管理思想指導(dǎo)下,全面而深入的分析施工單位工程的人力、進度以及成本等環(huán)節(jié),尋求提升企業(yè)競爭力的途徑和方法,希望為解決我國施工企業(yè)強精細(xì)化管理提供一些思路
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of the socialist market economy, the continuous intensification of industry competition. Security construction enterprises in order to develop for a long time, in the project management in each link of the implementation of fine management. It has become one of the inevitable choices for enterprises to maximize their internal potential and improve the efficiency. It is the trend of the times for security construction enterprises to implement fine management. Simple "choice" strategy is no longer the magic weapon of the enterprise, only to judge the situation, guide the strategic objectives of the enterprise, and meticulously manage every link in the project management of enterprise security and defense. The development of security construction enterprises needs to be guided and standardized from the level of refinement, and the establishment and improvement of the fine system. Therefore, the establishment of a fine management system is conducive to the improvement of safety prevention technology enterprises to formulate various standards. It is helpful for the refinement theory to have wider applicability and pertinence. Based on the research of modern project management and fine management theory, this paper puts forward the difference between general project management and refined project management. The necessity of implementing fine management in construction enterprise project is discussed. Secondly, the standardization, systematization, information and data are obtained from the research of fine management theory. Security construction project implementation of the process of manpower, cost, progress, quality, process and other management issues of fine management analysis and research, security construction project implementation of manpower, cost, progress, quality. Finally, according to the principles and methods of fine management, combined with the actual situation of GDSH company project management, around the cost and progress of project fine management. The quality of these constraints, as well as human resources management issues, will be refined management theory in GDSH engineering project management practice, from the analysis of the implementation results. The application of fine management to the construction enterprises can promote the reform of the management thought of the whole construction industry, improve the economic benefit and enhance the competitive ability of the construction enterprises. Finally, this paper summarizes the results of the project management in GDSH company, and then classifies and summarizes the existing problems in the implementation of fine management. In order to avoid or mitigate the negative effects of these problems and ensure the practical effect of fine management, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and solutions to these problems. Under the guidance of modern project management, the paper comprehensively and deeply analyzes the manpower, progress and cost of construction units, and seeks the ways and methods to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. It is hoped that some ideas can be provided for solving the problem of strong and fine management of construction enterprises in our country.
