【摘要】：項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型能夠?qū)?xiàng)目目前的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行評(píng)估，給出項(xiàng)目持續(xù)改進(jìn)的路徑和提升對(duì)策，從而引導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目管理的不斷成熟，因此基于項(xiàng)目管理成熟度的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究具有理論意義和直接現(xiàn)實(shí)作用。本文以D研究所航天電源系統(tǒng)研制項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象，運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理成熟度方法對(duì)其項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行了研究，以期能夠?yàn)镈研究所項(xiàng)目管理成熟度的提高做出貢獻(xiàn)。 首先對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型進(jìn)行了理論綜述，從模型的基本概念到發(fā)展過(guò)程，闡述了CMM模型和PM-Solutions模型；其次，，對(duì)D研究所的航天電源系統(tǒng)研制項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析，包括研制的全生命周期、研制現(xiàn)狀和項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的特點(diǎn)，并指出質(zhì)量管理以及研制中范圍、進(jìn)度、成本、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面存在的管理問(wèn)題；再次，對(duì)航天電源系統(tǒng)研制項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理成熟度進(jìn)行研究，包括確定項(xiàng)目管理成熟度指標(biāo)、關(guān)鍵過(guò)程域（KPA）以及各成熟度層級(jí)的KPA目標(biāo)，重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型與九大知識(shí)領(lǐng)域（整合、范圍、進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量、人力資源、溝通、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、采購(gòu)）的對(duì)照；最后，基于該項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀分析和成熟度模型，從項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理以及研制的范圍管理、進(jìn)度管理、成本管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理五個(gè)層面提出改進(jìn)D研究所項(xiàng)目管理成熟度的方法，為D研究所提高項(xiàng)目管理成熟度提供實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。
[Abstract]:Project management maturity model can be used to assess the current status of the project, the project route is provided for continuous improvement and promotion countermeasures, so as to guide the project management maturity, so the research on the quality management of project management maturity based project has theoretical significance and practical effect directly. In this paper D Research Institute of aerospace power systems development project research the object, using the method of project management maturity of the project management is studied, in order to provide the D Institute of project management maturity make a contribution to the improvement.
Firstly, the project management maturity model theory is summarized, from the basic concept of the model to the development process, elaborated the CMM model and PM-Solutions model; secondly, the space power system D research development status of project quality management system analysis, including the development of the whole life cycle, the characteristics and development status of project quality management. And pointed out that the quality management and development scope, schedule, cost, and other aspects of the risk management problems; again, the aerospace power systems development project quality management maturity were studied, including the determination of project management maturity indicators, key process area (KPA) and the maturity level of KPA, focusing on Project Management Maturity Model and nine knowledge areas (integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurement control); finally, based on the project quality management The current situation analysis and maturity model of D is put forward. From the five aspects of project quality management and development scope management, schedule management, cost management and risk management, a method to improve the maturity of project management of the D Research Institute is put forward, which provides a way to improve project management maturity for D Research Institute.
