【摘要】：建筑行業(yè)一直被視為我國的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,近年來得到迅速發(fā)展,但在國家對房地產(chǎn)進行宏觀調(diào)控后,市場走向低迷。我們目前面對除了國內(nèi)市場的激烈競爭,還有跨國公司對國內(nèi)市場的沖擊。市場競爭日趨激烈,利潤空間不斷下降。為不斷提高市場占有率,提升企業(yè)品牌形象,越來越多有資質(zhì)的企業(yè)選擇海外市場并在海外樹立口碑以爭取長期合作。我國在海外的工程項目就目前而言多為發(fā)展中國家的建設(shè)項目,海外項目本身具有其特殊性,而發(fā)展中國家相對于發(fā)達國家,經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、政治環(huán)境、法制可能相對比較落后,給工程項目管理帶來一定的難度。哈建工集團到目前為止有兩項海外項目,在管理海外項目項目中積累了一定的經(jīng)驗,但是也暴露出了很多方面的問題。不但降低了應(yīng)有的利潤更嚴(yán)重影響著海外市場的開發(fā)。本文針對建工集團海外項目施工中出現(xiàn)的不足,提出管理優(yōu)化的措施和修改方案。本文首先對哈建工建團的海外項目管理情況進行介紹。主要針對海外項目管理模式、海外項目管理特點、海外項目管理與國內(nèi)項目管理的區(qū)別上進行研究。其次,對建工集團海外項目施工經(jīng)營情況,項目的管理特點和狀況進行分析。通過對集團海外項目的整體分析,從背景、項目承接方式、施工管理、采購控制等方面進行研究,分析項目失敗的原因。文章從風(fēng)險控制,成本管理,項目進度開發(fā)等方面進行項目管理的優(yōu)化。最大限度地利用海外已有資源,國內(nèi)高效資源來提高效率,從而對項目質(zhì)量管理,成本控制等方面優(yōu)化項目。最后,本文通過運用優(yōu)化管理體系和制度對蘇里南工程實現(xiàn)項目質(zhì)量、成本、進度等幾大部分的有效控制。當(dāng)然,海外項目管理還要隨著承接數(shù)量的增加,在實踐中不斷的檢驗、完善,進而使這種模式能更有效的服務(wù)于海外建筑工程。
[Abstract]:The construction industry has been regarded as one of the pillar industries in China, the rapid development in recent years, but at the national macro-control of the real estate market downturn trend. At present, we face the fierce competition in the domestic market, and the impact of multinational companies on the domestic market. The market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, profit margins continue to decline. In order to improve market share, enhance brand image, more and more qualified enterprises to choose the overseas market and set up overseas reputation for long term cooperation. China's overseas project is currently developing overseas construction projects, the project itself has its particularity, while developing countries compared with developed countries, the economic environment the political environment, legal system, may be relatively backward, to the engineering project management brings certain difficulty. Kazakhstan construction group now has two overseas In the management of overseas projects, the project has accumulated some experience, but also exposed many problems. Not only reduces the profits should more seriously affect the development of overseas markets. In this paper, aiming at the problems of construction engineering group of overseas project construction, put forward measures to optimize the management and modify the program. First of all Kazakhstan construction groups of overseas project management are introduced. The main management mode of overseas project management, characteristics of overseas projects, the difference between overseas project management and project management of the domestic research. Secondly, the operation of a construction group overseas project construction, analyzed the characteristics and status of the project management. Based on a whole group of overseas project analysis, from the background, to undertake the project, the construction management of procurement control, analysis of the causes of failure of the project. This article from the risk control, cost management The project schedule development, optimize project management. To maximize the use of existing resources, domestic and overseas, to improve the efficiency of resources, and thus the project quality management, cost control and optimization of the project. Finally, this paper through the use of optimized management system and the system of Suriname engineering implementation of project quality, cost effective control most of the time. Of course, the overseas project management to undertake with the increase in the number of continuously perfect the test in practice, thus making the model more effective service to overseas construction projects.
