【摘要】：財(cái)務(wù)管理作為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的核心，，對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理具有重要作用，特別是對(duì)于建筑施工企業(yè)，但是施工企業(yè)由于流動(dòng)性強(qiáng)、地域分布廣、受傳統(tǒng)體制影響深等原因，使其在財(cái)務(wù)管理方面存在很多問(wèn)題，制約了公司的發(fā)展。本研究針對(duì)吉林油田建設(shè)公司外部市場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)管理中制度不健全、成本核算粗放、經(jīng)營(yíng)者管理思想落后等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化研究，對(duì)建設(shè)公司外部市場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)管理制度、資金管理、預(yù)算管理、成本管理等方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，促進(jìn)建設(shè)公司外部市場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目健康的發(fā)展。本研究將理論分析與實(shí)際相結(jié)合、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法。全文首先陳訴寫作背景及意義，歸納了近年來(lái)在財(cái)務(wù)管理方面主要的研究文獻(xiàn)，然后對(duì)吉林油田建設(shè)公司外部市場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析及診斷，詳細(xì)闡述了建設(shè)公司的財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀及一些問(wèn)題。進(jìn)而對(duì)建設(shè)公司外部市場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)管理在制度、資金、預(yù)算及成本方面進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，建立全面預(yù)算體系，健全并完善財(cái)務(wù)管理制度，高效資金使用與管理，提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。最后提出財(cái)務(wù)管理優(yōu)化實(shí)施的建議。
[Abstract]:As the core of modern enterprise management, financial management plays an important role in the internal management of enterprises, especially for construction enterprises, but because of strong liquidity, construction enterprises are widely distributed. Because of the deep influence of the traditional system, there are many problems in the financial management, which restricts the development of the company. This study is aimed at the imperfect financial management system in the external market project of Jilin Oilfield Construction Company. The cost accounting is extensive, the operator management thought is backward and so on the optimization research, carries on the optimization design to the construction company external market project financial management system, the fund management, the budget management, the cost management and so on. This study combines theoretical analysis with practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. First of all, this paper presents the background and significance of writing. This paper summarizes the main research literature on financial management in recent years, and then analyzes and diagnoses the financial status of the external market project of Jilin Oilfield Construction Company. This paper expounds the present situation and some problems of the financial management of the construction company in detail, and then optimizes the design of the financial management of the project in the external market of the construction company in the aspects of system, capital, budget and cost, and establishes the overall budget system. Improve and improve the financial management system, efficient use and management of funds, improve competitiveness. Finally, put forward suggestions for the optimization of financial management implementation.
