【摘要】：目的獲得壓力蒸汽滅菌器的待機時間及影響因素,了解壓力蒸汽滅菌器的使用現(xiàn)狀、能源及成本浪費情況。方法收集2017年8月-2017年9月395家醫(yī)院留存的壓力蒸汽滅菌器滅菌報表電子版,并采用自行設(shè)計的一般資料及壓力蒸汽滅菌器使用情況調(diào)查表,用電子問卷方式收集395家醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心壓力蒸汽滅菌器的臨床資料及使用情況資料;采用SPSS 18.0軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)錄入和統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果每臺壓力蒸汽滅菌器每天的待機時間為7.76(4.85~9.34)h,待機時間在8h以上的醫(yī)院有187家占47.34%;多元線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,醫(yī)院級別、壓力蒸汽滅菌器臺數(shù)、是否所有壓力蒸汽滅菌器同時開機、夜間壓力蒸汽滅菌器是否工作為壓力蒸汽滅菌器待機時間的影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論目前壓力蒸汽滅菌器的使用待機時間較長,能源及成本浪費量大,建議各醫(yī)院根據(jù)自身情況構(gòu)建壓力蒸汽滅菌器節(jié)能管理方案。
[Abstract]:Objective to obtain the standby time and influencing factors of the pressure steam sterilizer, and to understand the present situation of the use of the pressure steam sterilizer. Methods from August 2017 to September 2017, the sterilization reports of pressure steam sterilizer in 395 hospitals were collected. The clinical data and usage data of the pressure steam sterilizer in 395 hospitals were collected by using the self-designed general information and the questionnaire of pressure steam sterilizer. Data input and statistical analysis were carried out by SPSS 18.0 software. Results the daily standby time of each autoclave was 7.76 ~ 4.85 ~ 9.34 h. 187 hospitals with standby time more than 8 hours accounted for 47.34; The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the hospital grade, the number of pressure steam sterilizers, whether all pressure steam sterilizers were turned on at the same time. Whether or not the nocturnal pressure steam sterilizer works is a factor affecting the standby time of the pressure steam sterilizer (P0.050.Conclusion at present, the use of the pressure-steam sterilizer has a long standby time and a large amount of energy and cost waste. It is suggested that each hospital should construct the energy saving management scheme of pressure steam sterilizer according to its own condition.
