【摘要】：隨著房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，房地產(chǎn)項目中精裝修工程的成本管理越來越得到人們的重視，如何有效的管理好精裝修工程成本將是本文研究的內(nèi)容。本文從事前，事中，事后三個方面對房地產(chǎn)項目中精裝修工程成本管理進行分析和研究。事前管理包含策劃和設(shè)計；事中管理包含招投標，，材料與施工；事后管理包含竣工驗收與工程結(jié)算等方面。
[Abstract]:With the development of the real estate industry, real estate projects in the decoration engineering cost management has been paid more and more attention, good management of the decoration project cost how effective it will be the content of this paper. This paper is engaged in, in the matter, after the three aspects of analysis and Research on the decoration project in real estate project cost advance management. Management includes planning and design; manage things include bidding, material and construction management; after the completion and acceptance of project settlement and contains other aspects.
