【摘要】："大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新"背景下,小微企業(yè)群體因其對(duì)社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn)巨大而成為人們關(guān)注和研究的焦點(diǎn)。小微企業(yè)是創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的主體力量,是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)力量,是整個(gè)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中最具活力和創(chuàng)造性的市場(chǎng)主體。要發(fā)揮小微企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)中的作用就必須重視其發(fā)展過(guò)程中面臨的種種約束。本文以蕪湖市為例,建立了用交易成本理論分析小微企業(yè)發(fā)展的研究框架,分析了蕪湖市小微企業(yè)面臨多種交易成本的約束機(jī)制,通過(guò)構(gòu)造函數(shù)計(jì)算了不同類別交易成本的大小,并針對(duì)性地提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。首先,在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)和"雙創(chuàng)"的背景下確定了本次研究的目的與意義,探討了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)交易成本和小微企業(yè)方面的研究成果,確立了本次研究的內(nèi)容框架。其次,厘清了交易成本和小微企業(yè)的概念,系統(tǒng)闡述了交易成本理論和與研究相關(guān)的企業(yè)生命周期理論和博弈論。然后,基于統(tǒng)計(jì)和調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),從宏觀、中觀、微觀三個(gè)角度分析了蕪湖市小微企業(yè)當(dāng)前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,進(jìn)而分別從其他行業(yè)、金融機(jī)構(gòu)和政府三個(gè)方面分析小微企業(yè)面臨的交易成本約束機(jī)制,緊接著運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)方法和數(shù)學(xué)理論,建立交易成本計(jì)算函數(shù):C=kl*X+k2a*Y+k3*Z,通過(guò)計(jì)算得出蕪湖市小微企業(yè)與其他企業(yè)之間面臨最高的交易成本約束,與金融機(jī)構(gòu)之間次之,與政府之間面臨的交易成本約束最小;同時(shí)小微企業(yè)在初創(chuàng)期面臨交易成本約束最大,成長(zhǎng)期約束次之,成熟期交易成本會(huì)降低,而衰退期交易成本約束會(huì)再次加大。最后,本文就如何降低蕪湖市小微企業(yè)的交易成本提出了鞏固"血緣"關(guān)系,加強(qiáng)"地緣"協(xié)作;推進(jìn)金融體制改革,大力發(fā)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融;簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán),建設(shè)服務(wù)型政府等若干對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", small and micro enterprise groups have become the focus of attention and research because of their great contribution to society. Small and micro enterprises are the main force of entrepreneurial innovation. It is the basic force for the development of the national economy. It is the most dynamic and creative market subject in the whole market economy. In order to play the role of small and micro enterprises in the market, we must attach importance to the constraints in its development process. This paper takes Wuhu City as an example. This paper establishes a research framework to analyze the development of small and micro enterprises with transaction cost theory, analyzes the constraint mechanism of various transaction costs faced by small and micro enterprises in Wuhu city, and calculates the size of different transaction costs through the construction function. And put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Firstly, in the context of the new normal economy and "double creation", the purpose and significance of this study are determined. This paper discusses the domestic and foreign research results on transaction costs and small and micro enterprises, and establishes the content framework of this study. Secondly, it clarifies the concepts of transaction costs and small and micro enterprises. The transaction cost theory and the related enterprise life cycle theory and game theory are systematically expounded. Then, based on the statistics and survey data, from the macro, meso. This paper analyzes the current development of small and micro enterprises in Wuhu from three micro perspectives, and then analyzes the transaction cost constraint mechanism faced by small and micro enterprises from three aspects of other industries, financial institutions and government. Then, by means of statistical method and mathematical theory, a transaction cost calculation function:: Ckll X k2aan Y K3Z is established. Through calculation, it is concluded that the transaction cost constraints between small and micro enterprises and other enterprises in Wuhu City are the highest, followed by financial institutions, and the transaction cost constraints between small and micro enterprises and the government are the least. At the same time, small and micro enterprises are faced with the largest transaction cost constraints in the initial period, followed by the growth constraints, the mature transaction costs will be reduced, while the decline transaction cost constraints will be increased again. Finally. This paper puts forward how to reduce the transaction cost of the small and micro enterprises in Wuhu city and strengthen the cooperation of "blood relationship" and "geography". Promote the reform of the financial system and vigorously develop Internet finance; Simplify government decentralization, build a service-oriented government and other countermeasures.
