【摘要】：ERP（Enterprise Resources Planning）又簡稱企業(yè)資源計劃，它是利用一個信息管理平臺將企業(yè)的生產、采購、銷售、庫存、財務與其它業(yè)務功能加以整合，從而實現(xiàn)標準化的信息數(shù)據(jù)、集成化的系統(tǒng)運行、合理的業(yè)務流程、動態(tài)化的績效監(jiān)控、持續(xù)改善的管理。 企業(yè)外部市場競爭日益加劇、內部成本上漲壓力不斷加強，有效實施ERP系統(tǒng)可以達到降低生產成本、提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益、促進企業(yè)管理科學化、規(guī)范化的目標，從而滿足不斷變化的市場需求。生產管理系統(tǒng)是ERP系統(tǒng)的核心，它將原材料采購、生產運行控制、庫存管理、設備管理、質量管理等整個生產過程有機地結合起來，合理控制企業(yè)庫存，提高企業(yè)生產管理水平，穩(wěn)定控制企業(yè)生產成本。而化工企業(yè)生產管理系統(tǒng)具有連續(xù)性強、裝置設備大型化、生產控制系統(tǒng)集中化、生產流程復雜等特點，因而實施ERP會存在著一些問題，需要結合企業(yè)實際狀況具體問題具體分析、采取應對措施，使ERP系統(tǒng)產生應有的效益。 本論文首先從化工企業(yè)生產特點及生產地位分析入手，闡述化工企業(yè)應用ERP生產管理系統(tǒng)的意義；其次，闡述ERP基礎理論，重點是ERP的概念、功能模塊及發(fā)展歷程；再次，是HG化工企業(yè)生產現(xiàn)狀分析，重點介紹HG化工企業(yè)生產裝置及部門職責情況、生產管理內容、生產部門與其他部門業(yè)務關系；接著，是HG生產管理系統(tǒng)問題分析，重點是生產裝置能力、生產成本、生產部門與其他部門關系等方面存在的問題；最后，是HG化工企業(yè)生產管理系統(tǒng)ERP應用對策，從主生產計劃管理、物料需求計劃管理、生產訂單管理、物料清單、采購管理、庫存管理、車間任務管理、設備管理、成本管理九個功能進行分析，然后是提出ERP實施的步驟，促進ERP系統(tǒng)的成功實施。 從HG化工企業(yè)生產管理系統(tǒng)應用ERP的可行性這一案例分析，，希望對其他化工企業(yè)生產信息化管理提供借鑒意義，使化工企業(yè)降低成本、提高效益、提升市場競爭力，從而，促進我國化工企業(yè)健康、快速、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) also referred to as enterprise resource planning, it is the use of an information management platform in the enterprise's production, procurement, sales, inventory, financial integration and other business functions, so as to realize the information of data standardization, system integration operation, rational business process dynamic performance monitoring. And the continuous improvement of the management.
Outside the enterprise competition in the market, the internal pressure of rising costs continue to strengthen, the effective implementation of the ERP system can reduce production cost, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, promote enterprise management scientific, standardized, so as to meet the changing needs of the market. The production management system is the core of ERP system, it will purchase raw materials. Production control, inventory management, equipment management, quality management of the entire production process organically, reasonable control inventory, improve production management level, stable control of production costs. The production management system of chemical enterprise has strong continuity, large-scale equipment, centralized production control system, the characteristics of the production process is complex therefore, the implementation of ERP will have some problems, according to the actual condition of the enterprise concrete analysis of concrete problems, should be taken to enable the ERP system to produce measures Due benefit.
This paper first from the chemical enterprise production characteristics and production status analysis, elaborated the production management system of chemical enterprise ERP application significance; secondly, elaborated the ERP basic theory, focuses on the concept of ERP, process module and development function; thirdly, analysis of the production status of HG chemical enterprises, focusing on production equipment and HG chemical enterprise responsibility department the situation, the contents of production management, production department and other business relations; then, analysis of HG production management system, focus on production capacity, production cost, production department and other departments of the relationship and other aspects of the problem; finally, the HG chemical enterprise production management system ERP application countermeasures, from the main production plan management. MRP, BOM, production order management, purchasing management, inventory management, task management, equipment management, the management of the nine functions of Analysis, and then put forward the implementation of the ERP steps to promote the successful implementation of the ERP system.
From the analysis of this case the feasibility of production management system using ERP HG of chemical enterprise, hope to provide reference for the production of other chemical enterprise information management, reduce the cost, improve the efficiency of chemical enterprises, so as to enhance the market competitiveness, and promote the healthy, China's chemical enterprises rapid and sustainable development.
