【摘要】：ERP是信息時(shí)代企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化、科學(xué)化管理的一整套經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的整體解決方案，它為企業(yè)提出了一個(gè)全新的管理思想，將影響企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)統(tǒng)一起來(lái)，在綜合企業(yè)所有資源的基礎(chǔ)上給出企業(yè)管理的決策，以最快速度提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。財(cái)務(wù)管理是ERP的核心，ERP在實(shí)施中將把財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊作為整個(gè)企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的中樞，要求和企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的其他模塊都有相應(yīng)的接口，并能夠?qū)⑿畔⒃谪?cái)務(wù)中樞相互集成。它的對(duì)象已不僅是資金的循環(huán)和周轉(zhuǎn)，還包括業(yè)務(wù)管理、物資管理、設(shè)備管理、銷售管理及其他信息管理所包括的相應(yīng)內(nèi)容，，范圍擴(kuò)展到整個(gè)企業(yè)管理的領(lǐng)域，擴(kuò)大了財(cái)務(wù)管理的內(nèi)涵，從而使得在ERP系統(tǒng)環(huán)境下的財(cái)務(wù)管理打破了傳統(tǒng)模式，呈現(xiàn)出新的變化，并推動(dòng)財(cái)務(wù)管理不斷拓展新的發(fā)展空間。 本論文首先簡(jiǎn)要闡述了研究的背景與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究?jī)?nèi)容與方法以及ERP的內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展、功能、特點(diǎn)等基本理論，隨后以對(duì)華北油田財(cái)務(wù)管理工作現(xiàn)狀的分析為切入點(diǎn)，通過(guò)查找存在的突出問(wèn)題，在指導(dǎo)思想、實(shí)施目標(biāo)、知道方法、實(shí)施原則與總體思路方面進(jìn)一步明確了ERP財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施對(duì)策。在具體的實(shí)施措施方面，詳細(xì)介紹了以軟件咨詢商SAP、內(nèi)部支持單位中油瑞飛及咨詢服務(wù)商IBM為基礎(chǔ)的技術(shù)支持；以價(jià)值鏈管理和作業(yè)成本法為內(nèi)容的實(shí)施工具；以物資管理、項(xiàng)目管理、設(shè)備管理和銷售管理等主要模塊為代表的業(yè)務(wù)模塊設(shè)置；財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)與各主要系統(tǒng)間的模塊信息集成；如何成功設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)融合方案，保證信息流渠道通暢；怎樣整合專業(yè)化財(cái)務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)，強(qiáng)化與ERP的深化融合；集約化信息平臺(tái)的建立等內(nèi)容。ERP系統(tǒng)在華北油田公司的實(shí)施，不僅對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用以及項(xiàng)目投資管理、生產(chǎn)成本管理、資金管理、物資管理、往來(lái)管理和銷售管理等方面帶來(lái)了幫助和改善，從而促進(jìn)了財(cái)務(wù)管理工作的改進(jìn)與提高，更是對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)管理工作產(chǎn)生了變革性影響。最后，對(duì)目前ERP系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用中所存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要分析，為持續(xù)不斷的完善與改進(jìn)起到了拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:ERP is a whole set of management solutions to realize the modernization and scientific management of enterprises in the information age. It puts forward a new management idea for enterprises. This paper unifies all the links that affect the survival and development of the enterprise, gives the decision of the enterprise management on the basis of synthesizing all the resources of the enterprise, and improves the competitiveness of the enterprise with the quickest speed. Financial management is the core of ERP. ERP will take the financial management module as the center of the whole enterprise management system in the implementation, the requirements and other modules of the enterprise management system have the corresponding interface. And can integrate information in the financial center. Its object is not only the circulation and turnover of funds, but also business management, material management, equipment management. The corresponding contents of sales management and other information management are extended to the whole enterprise management field, and the connotation of financial management is expanded. Therefore, the financial management under the ERP system environment breaks the traditional mode, presents the new change, and promotes the financial management to continuously expand the new development space. This paper first briefly describes the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research review, research content and methods, as well as the connotation, development, function, characteristics of ERP and other basic theories. Then, by analyzing the current situation of financial management in Huabei Oilfield, we can find out the outstanding problems in guiding ideology, implement goal and know the method. The implementation principles and general ideas of the implementation of the ERP financial management system to further clarify the implementation of countermeasures. In the specific implementation measures, a detailed introduction to the software consulting company SAP. Internal support unit CNORC and consulting service provider IBM based technical support; Value chain management and activity-based costing as the content of the implementation tools; Set up business modules represented by material management, project management, equipment management and sales management. Module information integration between the financial management system and the main systems; How to successfully design the system fusion scheme to ensure the smooth flow of information channel; How to integrate the specialized financial information system and strengthen the deepening integration with ERP; The implementation of ERP system in Huabei Oilfield Company, not only the application of financial information system and project investment management, production cost management, capital management, material management. Transaction management and sales management have brought help and improvement, thus promoting the improvement and improvement of financial management, but also on the financial management has a transformative impact. Finally. This paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the application of ERP system, which plays an important role in the continuous improvement and improvement.
