【摘要】:汽車制造是一個(gè)國(guó)家制造業(yè)水平的重要的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,車身覆蓋件的開發(fā)是車身開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵。覆蓋件模具具有外形龐大、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、技術(shù)和精度要求高等特點(diǎn),是汽車模具中技術(shù)最密集、加工難度最大的部分。相對(duì)于國(guó)外先進(jìn)的覆蓋件模具技術(shù),我國(guó)除了少數(shù)龍頭企業(yè)的覆蓋件模具制造技術(shù)已經(jīng)接近世界先進(jìn)水平外,大多數(shù)的中小型企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)水平還相對(duì)落后,對(duì)于當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的基于項(xiàng)目管理和CAx/PDM的覆蓋件模具開發(fā)方法還較為陌生。本文通過項(xiàng)目跟蹤和總結(jié),較為全面地介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)車身覆蓋件模具開發(fā)技術(shù)和流程,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理、CAD、 CAE、CAM、CAPP、PDM等技術(shù)在模具開發(fā)中的應(yīng)用做了總結(jié),為進(jìn)行覆蓋件模具開發(fā)相關(guān)工作的人員和進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究工作的科研工作者提供了參考。 本文通過對(duì)山東濰坊福田模具有限責(zé)任公司某項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目范圍管理、項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理、項(xiàng)目成本管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理等項(xiàng)目管理的9個(gè)方面進(jìn)行的跟蹤與分析,確定了某項(xiàng)目中覆蓋件模具開發(fā)過程的具體管理實(shí)施方案,保證了項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施,展示了項(xiàng)目管理在提高效率、保證質(zhì)量、降低成本等方面的重要性。 本文對(duì)該項(xiàng)目中頂蓋零件進(jìn)行了沖壓工藝設(shè)計(jì),利用CAD、CAE、PDM等技術(shù)進(jìn)行了零件的工藝分析,規(guī)劃了工藝方案規(guī)劃、零件成形過程進(jìn)行了分析模擬,設(shè)計(jì)出了用于實(shí)際指導(dǎo)模具設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)的頂蓋DL圖。 本文完成了該項(xiàng)目頂蓋OP20修邊側(cè)修邊模具結(jié)構(gòu)的實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)過程,解決了模具設(shè)計(jì)中的側(cè)修、料渣、模具重量控制等重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)問題,進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)干涉檢查、廢料滑出模擬等校對(duì)評(píng)審工作,提出了一種利用UG表達(dá)式進(jìn)行模具動(dòng)態(tài)干涉檢查的辦法。 最后,本文基于UG、PDM系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行了二維圖紙的生成、屬性表單的制作、明細(xì)表的生成填寫等后續(xù)工序,并概括介紹了FMC實(shí)型制作工藝和CAPP零件加工工藝。
[Abstract]:Automobile manufacturing is one of the most important measurement standards of manufacturing level in a country. The development of body panel is the key of body development. The panel die has a large shape and complex structure. The characteristics of high technical and precision requirements are the most intensive and difficult parts of automotive die processing. Compared with foreign advanced panel die technology. In addition to a few leading enterprises in China, the manufacturing technology of panel die has been close to the advanced level in the world, and the production level of most small and medium-sized enterprises is relatively backward. For the current advanced project management and CAx/PDM based panel die development method is relatively unfamiliar. This paper through project tracking and summary. This paper introduces the domestic advanced automobile body panel die development technology and process, and CAPP for project management. The application of PDM and other technologies in die development is summarized, which provides a reference for the workers engaged in the related work of panel die development and the research workers involved in the related research. In this paper, the project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project quality management and other 9 aspects of project management of Shandong Weifang Futian Mould Co., Ltd are followed and analyzed. The concrete management and implementation scheme of the development process of panel die in a certain project is determined, which ensures the smooth implementation of the project and demonstrates the importance of project management in improving efficiency, ensuring quality and reducing cost. This paper has carried on the stamping process design to the middle top cover part of the project, has carried on the process analysis by using the CAD / CAE PDM and so on, has planned the process plan. The forming process of the part is analyzed and simulated, and the DL drawing of the top cover is designed to guide the design and production of the die. This paper has completed the practical design process of the top cover OP20 trimming side trimming die structure, solved the key and difficult problems in die design, such as side trimming, material slag, die weight control and so on. In this paper, dynamic interference check, waste slip out simulation and other proofreading work are carried out, and a method of mould dynamic interference inspection using UG expression is put forward. Finally, this paper based on the UGG PDM system, carried on the two-dimensional drawing generation, the attribute form production, the detailed list generation and filling out and so on follow-up procedure. The manufacturing process of FMC and the processing technology of CAPP parts are also introduced in this paper.
