【摘要】：摘要：21世紀(jì)以來(lái),商業(yè)連鎖業(yè)成為零售業(yè)的重要業(yè)態(tài)。物流配送是商業(yè)連鎖企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)與保障。步步高商業(yè)連鎖公司是一家多業(yè)態(tài)的湖南本土企業(yè)。近年來(lái),公司配送水平與業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)張的不匹配已成為公司發(fā)展的瓶頸。本文選擇研究步步高公司配送管理優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,探討公司降低配送成本、提高配送效率的途徑,以提高公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)檢索、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研等形式,分析步步高公司配送管理現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析法、比較分析法等方法診斷公司配送管理存在的主要問(wèn)題。采用定性與定量分析等多種方法,運(yùn)用組織論、成本論、信息論與控制論等相關(guān)理論,提出了基于改善配送組織與流程、建立配送成本控制模式、優(yōu)化配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)和配送信息技術(shù)配套改進(jìn)等內(nèi)容的配送管理優(yōu)化方案,并應(yīng)用專門方法對(duì)方案的可行性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。 研究認(rèn)為,步步高公司配送管理存在配送效率低、配送成本高等主要問(wèn)題,需要對(duì)現(xiàn)有配送管理體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改進(jìn)：一是改善公司配送管理組織與配送業(yè)務(wù)流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理；二是建立起配送成本單獨(dú)核算體系和配送成本控制模式,加強(qiáng)公司配送成本管理；三是對(duì)公司配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,包括在南昌增設(shè)江西區(qū)域配送中心和對(duì)市區(qū)配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),以提高配送速度、降低配送成本；四是加強(qiáng)配送中心信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和配送信息技術(shù)的使用,以作為配套改進(jìn)方案。研究分析表明,以上優(yōu)化方案具有現(xiàn)實(shí)可行性。
[Abstract]:Abstract: since twenty-first Century, the commercial chain industry has become an important form of the retail industry. Logistics distribution is an important basis and guarantee of the development of commercial chain enterprises. BBK commercial chain corporation is a multi format of local enterprises in Hunan. In recent years, the company distribution and business expansion mismatch has become a bottleneck in the development of the company. The selection of BBK the company distribution optimization problem, explore the company to reduce the cost of delivery, ways to improve the efficiency of distribution, in order to improve the competitiveness of the company.
Through literature search, field research and other forms of analysis the status of distribution management of BBK company, using the system analysis method, comparative analysis method, main problems in diagnosis distribution company management. By using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, using organizational theory, cost theory, information theory and control theory, put forward the improvement of distribution the organization and process based on the establishment of distribution cost control mode, optimization of distribution optimization of distribution network and the distribution of information technology supporting the improvement of the content, and the feasibility of application of the special method of scheme for verification.
Research shows that BBK distribution management exists the low efficiency of distribution, distribution of high cost problems, need to be improved on the existing distribution management system: one is to improve the company's distribution management organization and distribution business process, achieve the refinement and standardization of the management; two is to establish a distribution independent cost accounting system and distribution mode of cost control, strengthen the distribution company cost management; three is the company's distribution network system optimization, including the creation of the distribution center in Nanchang and Jiangxi area of urban distribution network optimization design, to improve the distribution speed, reduce distribution costs; four is to strengthen the construction of information system in distribution center and distribution of information technology, as supporting the improvement program. Research and analysis show that the above optimization scheme is feasible.
