【摘要】：以某省若干家三級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院為例,分析單病種定額支付對(duì)醫(yī)院收入、支出、結(jié)余及效率的影響。結(jié)果顯示:單病種定額支付能顯著降低平均住院費(fèi)用,但可能導(dǎo)致醫(yī)院收入及結(jié)余下行,影響收入結(jié)構(gòu)。良好的制度設(shè)計(jì)是保證單病種定額支付方式實(shí)施效果的前提,同時(shí)要完善補(bǔ)償機(jī)制;醫(yī)院為應(yīng)對(duì)單病種定額支付方式,要做好臨床路徑、成本管理、績(jī)效管理、信息化建設(shè)等工作。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the effects of single medical norm payment on hospital income , expenditure , balance and efficiency by taking a number of three - level general hospitals in a province as an example . The results show that the single - disease fixed payment can significantly reduce the average hospitalization expenses , but may cause the hospital income and the balance downward to affect the income structure . The good system design is the premise of guaranteeing the effect of the single - disease - fixed payment method , and perfecting the compensation mechanism . The hospital should do well in the work of the clinical path , cost management , performance management , information construction and so on .
