【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化大趨勢(shì)下,日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境和瞬息萬(wàn)變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,要求企業(yè)不斷的加強(qiáng)成本管理和控制。為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)需要企業(yè)具備先進(jìn)的成本管理理念和有效的成本管理流程。而建立一整套行之有效的成本管理機(jī)制,離不開(kāi)財(cái)務(wù)信息化平臺(tái)。如何通過(guò)平臺(tái)搭建適合企業(yè)特色的成本管理機(jī)制,已經(jīng)成為財(cái)務(wù)信息化管理的主要研究課題。本文主要研究基于財(cái)務(wù)信息化平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)制造行業(yè)的成本管理機(jī)制。論文首先介紹了文章的研究背景、意義和思路。其次,介紹了 ERP和成本管理理論,并對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷程和Oracle ERP模塊進(jìn)行了介紹。采取案例分析的方法,以跨國(guó)公司R集團(tuán)W公司為例,詳細(xì)闡述了當(dāng)前公司成本現(xiàn)狀以及遇到的困難,分析梳理并給出基于Oracle ERP信息化平臺(tái)的總體解決方案,給出了從銷售接單,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)詢價(jià),成本計(jì)算,客戶報(bào)價(jià),生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行,物資管控和成品發(fā)貨整套流程的方案與實(shí)施建議。借助系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施,幫助企業(yè)很好的梳理和規(guī)范了業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),從而使成本更直觀,更便于分析。通過(guò)流程再造提升了成本管理的精度和業(yè)務(wù)部門的管理水平,從而提高了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率。本課題研究的目的是R集團(tuán)W公司在面臨競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的環(huán)境下,利用先進(jìn)的ERP理論和現(xiàn)代化的管理理念來(lái)武裝企業(yè)的大腦,利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)和先進(jìn)成本管理模式來(lái)武裝企業(yè)的手腳,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立一個(gè)具有長(zhǎng)期競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和適合長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展的企業(yè)。通過(guò)對(duì)W公司的Oracle ERP項(xiàng)目的成本流程的設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)施,也希望能給其他電機(jī)制造公司和其他行業(yè)提供一些有用的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of economic globalization, the increasingly fierce competitive environment and rapidly changing market environment. In order to achieve this goal, enterprises need to have advanced cost management concept and effective cost management process, and establish a set of effective cost management mechanism. How to set up the cost management mechanism suitable for the enterprise characteristics through the platform. It has become the main research topic of financial information management. This paper mainly studies the cost management mechanism of motor manufacturing industry based on financial information platform. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background of this paper. Second, it introduces ERP and cost management theory, and introduces the development of ERP system and Oracle ERP module. Taking W Company of R Group of multinational Corporation as an example, this paper expounds in detail the current cost status and difficulties encountered by the company, analyzes and combs the overall solution based on Oracle ERP information platform. This paper gives the solution and implementation suggestion of the whole process from sales receipt, product design, purchase inquiry, cost calculation, customer quotation, production execution, material control and finished product delivery. Help enterprises to comb and standardize the business data, so as to make costs more intuitive, more convenient to analyze. Through process reengineering to improve the accuracy of cost management and business department management level. In order to improve the efficiency of enterprise production. The purpose of this research is to arm the brain of R Group W Company under the increasingly competitive environment, using advanced ERP theory and modern management concept. The use of modern information technology and advanced cost management model to arm the hands and feet of enterprises. On this basis, to establish a long-term competitive and suitable for long-term development of the enterprise. Through the W company's Oracle ERP project cost process design and implementation. We also hope to provide some useful experiences and lessons for other motor manufacturing companies and other industries.
