【摘要】：鋼鐵行業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),其重要程度滲透著國家的每一個領(lǐng)域。但隨著科技的進(jìn)步和社會的發(fā)展,中國的鋼鐵企業(yè)面臨著國際與國內(nèi)市場的激烈競爭。為在競爭激烈的市場中尋得立足之地,鋼鐵企業(yè)必須尋找新的發(fā)展道路。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)生存發(fā)展,獲取競爭優(yōu)勢的根本,而技術(shù)改造是我國企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的基本途徑。對寧波鋼鐵公司來說,無論是從行業(yè)發(fā)展的形式看,還是從企業(yè)自身特點出發(fā),選擇以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為核心的技術(shù)改造之路是企業(yè)提高自身競爭力的必然途徑。本文從寧波鋼鐵公司技術(shù)改造實踐出發(fā),以現(xiàn)代項目管理理論為指導(dǎo),通過對焦炭自動化取樣系統(tǒng)技改項目運行效果進(jìn)行分析,指出項目運行過程中出現(xiàn)的種種問題,并結(jié)合分析結(jié)果及項目管理的有關(guān)知識對煤炭自動化取樣技改項目進(jìn)行設(shè)計,從而有效的進(jìn)行煤炭項目的技術(shù)改造項目管理。文章從構(gòu)筑科學(xué)的技術(shù)改造管理組織結(jié)構(gòu),搭建有效的技術(shù)改造信息管理系統(tǒng),嚴(yán)格控制項目進(jìn)度,加強(qiáng)成本管理、質(zhì)量管理、風(fēng)險管理等幾個方面加以探討,希望能以此促進(jìn)寧波鋼鐵公司煤炭自動化取制樣技術(shù)改造項目的有效進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel industry is the basic industry and pillar industry of the national economy, its important degree permeates every field of the country, but with the progress of science and technology and the development of society. The iron and steel enterprises in China are facing the fierce competition between the international and domestic markets. In order to find a foothold in the competitive market, the iron and steel enterprises must find a new way of development. Technological innovation is the survival and development of the enterprises. For Ningbo Iron and Steel Company, it is not only from the form of industry development, but also from the characteristics of the enterprise itself. It is an inevitable way for enterprises to improve their competitiveness by choosing the road of technological transformation with technology innovation as the core. This paper starts from the technical transformation practice of Ningbo Iron and Steel Company and takes the modern project management theory as the guide. Based on the analysis of the operation effect of the technical transformation project of the coke automatic sampling system, the paper points out the various problems in the process of the project operation. Combined with the results of the analysis and project management related knowledge to the coal automatic sampling technical reform project design. In order to effectively carry out the technical transformation of coal project management. This article from the construction of scientific technological transformation management organization structure, build an effective information management system for technical transformation, strictly control the progress of the project. Strengthening cost management, quality management, risk management and other aspects are discussed, hoping to promote the Ningbo Iron and Steel Company coal automatic sampling technology transformation project effectively.
