【摘要】：隨著醫(yī)療改革的深入,對(duì)中小型醫(yī)院成本管理的要求也越來(lái)越高。作為以提供公益服務(wù)為主的各類中小型醫(yī)院,必須要適應(yīng)醫(yī)療改革逐步深入的進(jìn)程,全面加強(qiáng)中小型醫(yī)院的成本管理工作,從根本上提高中小型醫(yī)院的服務(wù)能力和服務(wù)水平。本文就當(dāng)前中小型醫(yī)院成本管理中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析,并就如何加強(qiáng)中小型醫(yī)院的成本管理工作提出了意見(jiàn)建議,以為實(shí)際工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening medical reform, the cost management of small and medium-sized hospitals are increasingly high requirements. As to provide public services mainly of small and medium-sized hospitals, must adapt to the process of the medical reform, strengthen the small hospital comprehensive cost management, fundamentally improve the small and medium-sized hospital service capacity and service in this paper, the cost management level. The middle and small hospitals in the problem are analyzed, and suggestions on how to strengthen the small hospital cost management work, so as to provide a reference for practical work.
