【摘要】：近年來,國內經濟下行、人民購買力下降,加上移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、電子商務的迅猛發(fā)展,實體百貨零售業(yè)受到巨大沖擊。本文選取老牌國企北京王府井和上海百聯(lián)股份,以其2013~2015年集團年報為主要分析依據(jù),以經營模式、經營結構、經營規(guī)模和利潤管理為重點,集中討論其經營與財務戰(zhàn)略轉型期的舉措,比較異同,并為傳統(tǒng)百貨零售業(yè)的財務戰(zhàn)略轉型提供思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic economic downturn, people's purchasing power decline, coupled with the mobile Internet, the rapid development of e-commerce. The retail business of entity department store is greatly impacted. This article selects the old state-owned enterprise Beijing Wangfujing and Shanghai Bailian shares, taking its annual report from 2013 to 2015 as the main analysis basis, taking the management mode and the management structure as the main analysis basis. This paper focuses on the management scale and profit management, focuses on the measures of its management and financial strategic transformation, compares the similarities and differences, and provides the ideas for the financial strategic transformation of the traditional department store retail industry.
