【摘要】：隨著新型核電項目復雜度的增加以及國家相關(guān)要求的不斷提升,核電施工項目要求更專業(yè)、更全面的管理。而運用信息化的方式可以快速收集、存儲各類資料,實現(xiàn)各參與方準確、及時地溝通、交流,提高核電施工項目的實施效率,保證施工質(zhì)量及運行進展。但是根據(jù)目前已實施的核電信息化項目來看,其實施效果沒有達到預期目標,信息化項目本身需要加強管理。項目管理由于其開放性、靈活性,其思想已經(jīng)深入各行各業(yè)中,廣泛地適應了企業(yè)產(chǎn)品多變的要求。將項目管理的方法引入到信息化管理建設(shè)的全過程中也越來越成為提高管理水平的必然選擇。 本文通過核電施工信息項目的現(xiàn)狀的分析,提出了其普遍存在的問題,結(jié)合核電施工信息化項目的特點,將現(xiàn)代項目管理中的項目組織管理、項目風險管理、項目成本管理、項目進度管理、項目質(zhì)量管理等方法應用到核電施工信息化項目中,重點分析了在三門核電施工信息化項目中應用的實際案例。 應用結(jié)果表明,項目管理在三門核電施工信息化項目中行之有效。通過項目管理理論合理配置了資源,加強了團隊合作,不僅有效地控制了進度,縮短了工期,保障了質(zhì)量,而且降低了開發(fā)成本,提高了經(jīng)濟效益。該項目的成功應用將對以后的核電施工信息化項目具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing complexity of new nuclear power projects and relevant requirements of the continuous upgrading of nuclear power construction projects require more professional, more comprehensive management. And the use of information can quickly collect, store all kinds of information, for all parties involved in the accurate and timely communication and exchange, improve the implementation efficiency of nuclear power construction projects, to ensure the progress of construction the quality and operation. But according to the project of nuclear power informatization at present has been implemented, the implementation effect has not reached the expected target of informatization project itself needs to strengthen the management of project management. Because of its openness, flexibility, the idea has been deep in all walks of life, widely adapt to the changing requirements of enterprise products. The project management methods will be introduced to the full in the process of the construction of the information management has become an inevitable choice to improve the management level.
In this paper, through the analysis of current situation of nuclear power construction project, puts forward the problems, combined with the characteristics of nuclear power construction project information, project organization and management of modern project management, project risk management, project cost management, project schedule management, project quality management method is applied to the construction of nuclear power informatization project, key analysis the application of actual case in the three nuclear power construction in the informatization project.
The application results show that the three nuclear power project management in the construction of informatization project effective project management theory. Through the rational allocation of resources, strengthen the team cooperation, not only can effectively control the schedule, shorten the construction period, guarantee the quality, and reduce development costs, improve economic efficiency. The successful application of the nuclear power project the construction of the informatization project has reference significance.
