【摘要】:隨著汽車工業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,全球的汽車保有量穩(wěn)步上升,到2011年11月,中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為了汽車保有量第二大國(guó)。汽車保有量的增加對(duì)汽車的維修、保養(yǎng)、物流等相關(guān)行業(yè)提出了更高的要求,但同時(shí)也提供了更多機(jī)遇。汽車備件物流是保證汽車售后、制造的重要環(huán)節(jié),而備件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)處于備件物流的核心地位,如何做到高效、控制成本的汽車備件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理是大多汽車企業(yè)關(guān)注的問(wèn)題,F(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)外應(yīng)用最為廣泛的數(shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù)和信息識(shí)別技術(shù)是條形碼技術(shù),雖然條形碼大大提高了企業(yè)自動(dòng)化、信息化程度,但它存在的易損壞、識(shí)別程度低的缺陷已無(wú)法滿足目前倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)復(fù)雜程度提高、控制運(yùn)營(yíng)成本升高和保證倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)效率等要求。 在這樣的背景下,本文研究了如何將RFID射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)融入單一基于條形碼的汽車備件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理中,改善倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理的運(yùn)行效率、成本管理等,為企業(yè)提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文首先了解整個(gè)汽車行業(yè)尤其是汽車售后市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并描述汽車行業(yè)應(yīng)用RFID技術(shù)的基本情況,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外RFID的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及市場(chǎng)發(fā)展等相關(guān)研究。然后分析條形碼和RFID工作原理,對(duì)RFID有充分的了解。RFID技術(shù)是本文研究應(yīng)用的一項(xiàng)技術(shù),因此本文闡述了RFID技術(shù)的相關(guān)理論,為后文合理應(yīng)用RFID技術(shù)做了理論準(zhǔn)備。條形碼技術(shù)作為現(xiàn)階段汽車備件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理采較為廣泛的自動(dòng)識(shí)別技術(shù),也是本文研究應(yīng)用的目標(biāo)。本文還闡述了兩項(xiàng)技術(shù)的優(yōu)劣對(duì)比,明確了RFID技術(shù)能夠彌補(bǔ)條形碼技術(shù)缺陷的可能性。接著闡述了汽車備件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)的概念及特點(diǎn)。然后闡述了單一基于條形碼的傳統(tǒng)的汽車備件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理的相關(guān)理論,包括倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)流程分析(僅重點(diǎn)描述入庫(kù)、出庫(kù)、盤庫(kù)三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié))、條形碼技術(shù)在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中的實(shí)際作用以及可能存在的缺陷。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了基于RFID的汽車備件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理方案,描述了新方案的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)流程(僅重點(diǎn)描述入庫(kù)、出庫(kù)、盤庫(kù)三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié))、RFID在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中發(fā)揮的作用以及新方案在哪些方案彌補(bǔ)了原方案的缺陷。最后進(jìn)行模擬仿真,驗(yàn)證新方案的可行性。用ARENA建模仿真工具分別為單一基于條形碼和基于RFID的汽車備件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理的入庫(kù)環(huán)節(jié)建立模型,模擬出兩個(gè)方案的實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況。介紹了ARENA建模工具的相關(guān)理論,以及在本次建模過(guò)程中應(yīng)用了的模塊的說(shuō)明、詳細(xì)描述了建模步驟及模型相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。觀察仿真結(jié)果,根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果證明新方案確實(shí)優(yōu)于原方案,能夠提高倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)效率,為企業(yè)提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文的核心內(nèi)容就是通過(guò)科學(xué)的分析、設(shè)計(jì)和建模,提出基于RFID的汽車備件倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, the global car ownership has increased steadily, to November 2011, China has become the second big country of automobile. To increase the amount of car maintenance, car maintenance, put forward higher requirements for logistics and other related industries, but also provides more opportunities for automotive spare parts logistics is the guarantee. An important part of the automobile customer service, manufacturing, warehousing and spare parts in the core position of spare parts logistics, how to achieve efficient warehouse management, automobile spare parts cost control is mostly automobile business concern at home and abroad. Now the most widely used technology of data acquisition and information identification technology is the bar code technology, although the bar code can greatly improve the enterprise automation. The level of information, but it is easy to damage, low degree of defect recognition has been unable to meet the current storage complexity, control operating costs increased And to ensure storage efficiency and other requirements.
In this background, this paper studies how the RFID radio frequency identification technology based on warehouse management of auto spare parts into a single bar code, improve the efficiency of warehouse management, cost management, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper first understand the entire automotive industry especially the development of automobile customer service market, and describes the basic situation of the automotive industry RFID technology, analysis of the relevant research at home and abroad RFID development and market development. And then analyze the bar code and the working principle of RFID, with a full understanding of.RFID technology is a new technology in this paper should be used on the RFID, this paper expounds the related theory of RFID technology, make theoretical preparations for the rational application of RFID technology the technology of bar code automatic identification technology. As a more extensive mining warehouse management at the present stage of automobile parts, is studied in this paper. This paper also describes the application of the target Comparison between the two technologies, the possibility of RFID technology can make up for the defects of barcode technology. Then expounds the concept and features of auto spare parts warehouse. Then explains the related theories of the traditional bar code auto spare parts warehouse management based on the analysis of single, including the storage process (only focus on the description of storage, a library, library three link), the actual effect of barcode technology in the storage and the possible defects. On the basis of the automobile spare parts warehouse management scheme based on RFID, describes the new scheme of storage process (only focus on the description of storage, a library, library three links), RFID play in the storage and the effect of the new scheme for the defect of original scheme in which the scheme is simulated. Finally, the feasibility of the new project. Using ARENA modeling and simulation tools are based on single bar code and based on RFID steam Storage vehicle spare parts warehouse management model, simulate the practical application of the two scheme. Introduces the related theory of ARENA modeling tools, and in the process of modeling the application modules, a detailed description of the modeling procedure and model data. According to the simulation results, the new scheme is better than the original scheme the simulation results show that can improve storage efficiency, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
The core content of this paper is to put forward a RFID based storage management scheme for auto spare parts based on the scientific analysis, design and modeling.
