【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度的加快,交通容量的以近兩位數(shù)的速度在增長,我國公路改擴建迫在眉睫。重建的道路往往是交通干道和該地區(qū)的骨架,因此,改擴建工程均采取邊通車邊施工的方式。這種建設(shè)模式不但影響了交通安全,也阻礙了施工進度,為此,本文根據(jù)公路重建的特點和項目管理的基本知識,對適合高速公路建設(shè)項目管理模式進行了探討。本文基于沙鐘公路改擴建項目管理為研究對象,從工程建設(shè)的角度來看,給出了公路改擴建的內(nèi)涵。公路管理系統(tǒng)項目管理有重要的影響,因此,分別研究了我國公路現(xiàn)有的不同管理模式。從業(yè)主單位對公路項目管理的角度,闡述了公路改擴建工程項目管理中的進度管理、質(zhì)量管理、成本管理,同時結(jié)合了項目實施、項目設(shè)計和項目監(jiān)理進行了研究。針對公路改擴建工程的建設(shè)特點,通過實地調(diào)查研究、比較和對比、分析歸納、理論聯(lián)系實際等方法,分析了沙鐘公路改擴建項目的基本情況,如第八師經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、交通量分析、項目的建設(shè)和實施、工程對環(huán)境影響等情況。并對工程建設(shè)中的項目管理現(xiàn)狀進行了研究,總結(jié)沙鐘公路改擴建項目管理中存在的問題,針對這些出現(xiàn)的問題對項目管理進行了優(yōu)化。通過本項目的研究,對公路項目管理在理論上和實際操作中有了啟發(fā),發(fā)現(xiàn)在具體實施過程中所有者和監(jiān)督功能交叉,缺乏有效的管理措施,項目信息管理和溝通不流暢;缺乏專業(yè)技術(shù)人才等很多問題需要解決。通過運用新的項目管理方法,采取技術(shù)、激勵等措施可以降低工程費用,提高項目管理效率和工程質(zhì)量,本文為解決公路改造工程建設(shè)的實際問題有一定的推廣價值。然而需要注意的是,公路改擴建和工程項目管理在我國才剛剛開始,在實際的施工過程中有很多難題,僅僅依靠理論分析是不足的,必須通過實踐的檢驗才能知道實行的措施是否達(dá)到最優(yōu)效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy to speed up the traffic capacity of nearly two digit growth rate in China's highway reconstruction is imminent. Reconstruction of the road is often traffic roads and the area of the skeleton, so the expansion project adopts side traffic construction way. This construction mode not only affects the traffic safety, also hinder the progress of construction. Therefore, according to the basic knowledge and characteristics of project management of highway reconstruction, the suitable management mode of expressway construction project is discussed. The hourglass highway reconstruction project management as the research object based on, from the perspective of the construction, given highway reconstruction connotation. Has an important influence on highway management therefore, the project management system, the different management mode of highway in our country existing research. From the owner of the highway project management angle, elaborated the highway expansion Schedule management, construction project management quality management, cost management, combined with the implementation of the project, the project design and project supervision are studied. According to the construction characteristics of highway extension project, through on-the-spot investigation, analysis, comparison and contrast, induction, theory with practice and other methods, analyzes the basic situation of sand Road extension projects, such as the current situation of economic development of the eighth division, traffic analysis, project construction and implementation of the project, the impact on the environment and so on. And the present situation of project management in engineering construction are studied, existing problems in the management of project change with sand road, in view of these problems, the optimization of the project management. Through the research of this project, the highway project management in theory and practice have inspired, found the owner in the process of implementation and supervision of cross function deficiency Effective management measures, project information management and communication is not smooth; the lack of professional and technical personnel, many problems need to be solved. By applying the method of project management, to adopt a new technology, incentive measures can reduce the engineering cost, improve the efficiency of project management and engineering quality, this paper is to solve practical problems in construction of the highway reconstruction project has certain popularization value. However, note that the highway reconstruction and engineering project management in China has just started, there are many problems in the actual construction process, is insufficient to rely solely on the theoretical analysis, must pass the test of practice in order to know whether the implementation of the measures to achieve the optimal effect.
