【摘要】：市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,企業(yè)面臨的各種壓力也越來(lái)越大,市場(chǎng)、成本、管理等等壓力也是與日俱增,尤其是企業(yè)的管理,落后的企業(yè)管理已經(jīng)不能滿足目前大規(guī)模低成本生產(chǎn)的需求,對(duì)先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)管理方式的需求也迫在眉睫,這里我們主要引入精益化的生產(chǎn)方式。英利新能源有限責(zé)任公司是一家生產(chǎn)太陽(yáng)能綠色能源的美國(guó)紐交所上市公司。中國(guó)光伏制造產(chǎn)業(yè)與歐美同時(shí)起步,同步參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)；歷經(jīng)全球金融危機(jī)、歐債危機(jī)考驗(yàn),通過(guò)行業(yè)整合逐步走向成熟；技術(shù)、成本、市場(chǎng)占有率等方面已領(lǐng)先于歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家；但國(guó)內(nèi)光伏制造企業(yè)普遍存在著管理方式落后、缺乏管理技術(shù)應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)的情況,如何將精益生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用到我國(guó)光伏制造企業(yè)以提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,從而形成競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)是國(guó)內(nèi)許多光伏制造企業(yè)迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題。本文分五章。第一章對(duì)精益生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展做了概述,第二章介紹了精益思想的基本原則與技術(shù)體系,其后的第三章從實(shí)踐的角度分析了英利公司的狀況和存在的問(wèn)題,第四章針對(duì)英利公司存在的各類問(wèn)題結(jié)合精益化生產(chǎn)概念制定解決方案,并制定實(shí)施推進(jìn)進(jìn)度,第五章對(duì)精益生產(chǎn)在英利公司應(yīng)用研究的預(yù)期效果分析總結(jié)論文的同時(shí),指出了精益生產(chǎn)在國(guó)內(nèi)光伏行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。希望本文的研究對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)光伏制造企業(yè)應(yīng)用精益化生產(chǎn)以提高生產(chǎn)效率、提升管理水平能有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:The market competition is becoming more and more fierce, the enterprises are facing more and more pressure, the market, the cost, the management and so on pressure is also increasing day by day, especially the enterprise management. Backward enterprise management has been unable to meet the needs of large-scale low-cost production, the demand for advanced production management is also imminent. Here we mainly introduce lean production methods. Yingli New Energy Co., Ltd. is a solar green energy production of the New York Stock Exchange listed companies. China's photovoltaic manufacturing industry started with Europe and the United States. Synchronous participation in international competition; After the global financial crisis, the European debt crisis test, through industry integration gradually towards maturity; Technology, cost, market share and other aspects have been ahead of the developed countries in Europe and the United States; However, domestic photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises generally have backward management methods, lack of experience in the application of management technology, how to apply lean production to photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises in order to improve the production efficiency of enterprises. Thus forming competitive advantage is an urgent problem that many domestic photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises need to solve. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter summarizes the production and development of lean production. The second chapter introduces the basic principles and technical system of lean thinking, and the third chapter analyzes the situation and existing problems of Yingli Company from the perspective of practice. Chapter 4th aims at all kinds of problems of Yingli Company and combines the Lean production concept to develop the solution and the progress of implementation. Chapter 5th summarizes the expected effect of Lean production in Yingli Company at the same time. The development trend of lean production in domestic photovoltaic industry is pointed out. It is hoped that the research in this paper can be used as a reference for domestic photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises to apply lean production to improve production efficiency and improve management level.
