【摘要】：作為一種新的管理模式和管理工具,ERP的實(shí)施正成為國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)資源減少成本、獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)最為有效的戰(zhàn)略途徑之一。當(dāng)前絕大部分企業(yè)在成本管理中應(yīng)當(dāng)改善傳統(tǒng)的成本管理模式,運(yùn)用適應(yīng)時(shí)代信息化要求的ERP系統(tǒng)。其次ERP系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用絕不是盲目引進(jìn),只有深刻了解到ERP系統(tǒng)的管理思想、理念,以及運(yùn)用原理,才能充分發(fā)揮ERP系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。ERP系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用是適應(yīng)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科學(xué)技術(shù)、發(fā)展要求,提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理效益的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:As a new management model and management tool, ERP implementation is becoming a domestic enterprise resources to reduce costs. At present, most enterprises should improve the traditional cost management mode in cost management. Second, the application of ERP system is not blindly introduced, only a profound understanding of the management of the ERP system, ideas, and the application of the principle. The application of ERP system is an important way to meet the needs of society, economy, science and technology and development, and to improve the efficiency of enterprise management.
