【摘要】：對于建筑施工企業(yè)來說,成本控制是他們最重要的目標(biāo),不僅如此,成本控制也是工程項(xiàng)目管理的中心任務(wù)和指導(dǎo)目標(biāo)。但是目前我國建筑施工企業(yè)的成本管理觀念僵化,成本管理方法老化,成本管理意識淡化,結(jié)果造成企業(yè)毛利率低,競爭力下降。因此,改變我國粗放式成本管理的現(xiàn)狀,引進(jìn)發(fā)達(dá)國家先進(jìn)的成本管理理念和方法,愈發(fā)顯得必要和急迫。價值工程理論源于國外,自創(chuàng)立至今,取得了巨大成效,對建筑項(xiàng)目來說,它能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)功能與成本的高度一致。如此說來,它在我國的發(fā)展必定會長久,筆者便深入探究,以此為基點(diǎn),攥寫本文。本文以控制建筑項(xiàng)目的成本為主要論點(diǎn),使之貫穿全文,并且引入了一個先進(jìn)的管理理論——價值工程理論。還引用了一個實(shí)例進(jìn)行佐證,實(shí)證研究價值工程理論在沈陽藥科大學(xué)工程項(xiàng)目成本控制中的運(yùn)用。本文首先分析研究背景、其次分析相關(guān)專業(yè)理論、成本控制中應(yīng)用價值工程研究、再次以實(shí)例論證、第四部分以沈陽藥科大學(xué)工程項(xiàng)目為例,應(yīng)用價值工程從整體控制施工成本角度詳細(xì)介紹了價值工程在實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用、最后提出注意的問題。全文以高度科學(xué)的邏輯框架為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的理論知識,借鑒權(quán)威案例的真實(shí)情況的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并且分析了很多相關(guān)專家的論點(diǎn),以專業(yè)的體系闡述了成本控制的原理與措施,同時還指明了相應(yīng)的缺陷,很客觀、很全面、很系統(tǒng)、很權(quán)威、很科學(xué)。通過上述理論研究和案例的具體應(yīng)用,說明價值工程理論對建筑項(xiàng)目作用突出,能夠保證其矛盾的化解,能夠以最少的成本充分滿足顧客的功能需求,真正做到質(zhì)量、工期和成本的完美結(jié)合,證明了在建筑施工項(xiàng)目成本控制中應(yīng)用價值工程的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:For building construction enterprises, cost control is their most important goal. Not only that, cost control is also the central task and guiding goal of construction project management. But at present, the cost management concept of our construction enterprises is rigid, the cost management method is aging, and the cost management consciousness is weakening. As a result, the gross profit margin is low and the competitiveness is decreasing. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to change the current situation of extensive cost management in China and introduce advanced cost management ideas and methods in developed countries. The theory of value engineering originated from abroad, and has made great achievements since its founding. For the construction project, it can realize the high consistency between the function and the cost. In this way, it will be long in the development of our country, and I will explore it deeply, and take this as the base point, and write this article. In this paper, the main argument is to control the cost of construction projects, through the full text, and the introduction of an advanced management theory - value engineering theory. An example is also cited to verify the application of value engineering theory in the cost control of engineering projects in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. This paper first analyzes the research background, followed by the analysis of related theory, the cost control in the application of value engineering research, again with examples, the fourth part of the project of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University as an example, the application of value engineering in the overall construction cost control angle introduces the value engineering application in practice, and finally pay attention to the problem. The full text of the logical framework of highly scientific basis of using advanced theoretical knowledge, learn from the experience of the truth authority case, and analyzes many experts point to the professional system, expounds the principle and measures of cost control, but also points out some defects, very objective, comprehensive and systematic, it is very scientific, authoritative. The application of the theory and the case, indicating that the effect of the theory of value engineering in construction project is outstanding, can ensure the contradiction with the least cost, can fully meet the functional needs of customers, truly a combination of quality, time and cost of the perfect, proved the feasibility of application of value engineering in the construction project cost control and effective.
