【摘要】：物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的出現(xiàn),將3PL企業(yè)、中小型企業(yè)和金融機(jī)構(gòu)整合為一個(gè)整體。為中小型企業(yè)解決融資難題的同時(shí)為3PL企業(yè)、金融機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)拓了一個(gè)全新的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域,提升了企業(yè)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。但是,物流金融業(yè)務(wù)在我國(guó)方興未艾,法律法規(guī)不健全、市場(chǎng)信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)、資金定價(jià)不合理等因素使得物流金融業(yè)務(wù)中潛藏了諸多風(fēng)險(xiǎn),這便使得物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展受到限制。本文通過(guò)對(duì)L物流公司物流金融業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研,綜合運(yùn)用SWOT分析、聚類(lèi)分析和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等方法,從多個(gè)方面入手對(duì)物流金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析研究,構(gòu)建出一套物流金融業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系以及一套物流金融業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型,旨在針對(duì)操作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等多種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出一套行之有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控措施。
[Abstract]:The emergence of logistics finance business integrates 3PL enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises and financial institutions into a whole. While solving the financing problems for small and medium-sized enterprises, financial institutions have opened up a new business field for 3PL enterprises and financial institutions, which has promoted the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. However, logistics finance business is in the ascendant in our country, the laws and regulations are not perfect, the market information is asymmetrical, the capital pricing is unreasonable and so on, so that there are many risks hidden in the logistics finance business. This limits the development of logistics finance business. Through the investigation of the present situation of logistics financial business of L logistics company, this paper analyzes and studies the logistics financial risk from many aspects by using the methods of SWOT analysis, cluster analysis and risk control. A set of risk evaluation index system of logistics financial business and a set of risk evaluation model of logistics financial business are constructed in order to put forward a set of effective risk control measures for operational risk, credit risk and market risk.
