【摘要】：基于產權交易品種和方式的現狀及其局限性,根據產權市場在多層次資本市場的功能定位,提出產權交易品種創(chuàng)新的趨勢是實物產權向虛擬金融產權、有形產權向無形產權、非標準化產權向標準化產權的轉變,具體的交易品種創(chuàng)新有未上市公司股權、投資基金、資產證券化、期權等;相應地,根據創(chuàng)新的交易品種及產權市場未來的發(fā)展方向,指出產權交易方式的創(chuàng)新為網絡化的競價交易方式并引入做市商制度。此外,分析了知識產權"擔保換期權"的交易品種創(chuàng)新案例,指出在交易方式創(chuàng)新上可以引入保薦人制度,采用發(fā)行競價模式。
[Abstract]:Based on the present situation and limitation of property right transaction varieties and ways, and according to the function orientation of property right market in multi-level capital market, this paper puts forward that the trend of property right transaction variety innovation is to turn physical property right to virtual financial property right and tangible property right to intangible property right. The transformation from non-standardized property right to standardized property right, the specific trade variety innovation has the unlisted company equity, the investment fund, the asset securitization, the option and so on; Accordingly, according to the innovative trade varieties and the future development direction of property rights market, it is pointed out that the innovation of property rights transaction mode is the network bidding transaction mode and the introduction of market maker system. In addition, this paper analyzes the innovation case of the trade variety of the "guarantee-change option" of intellectual property rights, and points out that the sponsor system can be introduced into the innovation of the transaction mode and the issue bidding mode can be adopted.
